Hab schnell nen Termin bekommen. Hab trotz Termin warten müssen, allerdings denke ich, dass diese Wartezeit aufgrund gewisser Patienten bzw deren Unarten zurückzuführen ist. Es wird ewig erzählt, dreimal rückgefragt, sich mehrmals verabschiedet. Mein Anliegen war schon bei Terminvereinbarung geklärt, Stich wurde betäubt und chirurgisch behandelt, Sache nach wenigen Minuten vorbei. Ende. Bin mit vernähter Wunde rausgegangen und hab noch im Hausgang die nette Dame eingeholt, die versucht hat, in der Arztpraxis trotz wartender Patienten ein Teekränzchen abzuhalten. Leute, sucht Euch ein Hobby, kauft Euch nen Hund. Ihr wollt ja auch ned warten müssen, besonders wenn ihr selbst Schmerzen habt, warum mutet ihr das anderen zu? Rücksichtnahme ist keine Einbahnstraße... Weiters kam es mir nicht so vor als wäre der Herr Doktor an meinem Problem interessiert gewesen. Denn ich musste ihn zweimal darauf hinweisen das ich eine Überweisung dabei hatte bevor er sich diese ansah. Ich werde auf keinen Fall noch einmal zu diesem Arzt gehen! Furthermore, it did not seem to me that the doctor was interested in my problem. Because I had to point out to him twice that I had a transfer with me before he looked at it. Prompter Termin, da Verdacht auf ein ernsteres Problem bestand, nahezu keine Wartezeit, sehr freundlicher Umgang durch die Dame bei der Anmeldung und eine kompetente und beruhigende Aufklärung durch den Arzt. Die notwendige kleine Operation wurde bereits am nächsten Tag absolut schmerzfrei und rasch durchgeführt. Besten Dank für diese tolle und aufbauende Erfahrung! Es kommt vielleicht auch drauf an wie man in den Wald hineinruft. Wer sich über etwaige Wartezeiten beschwert, sollte einmal darüber nachdenken, wieviele Fachärzte mit Kassenvertrag es in diesem Bereich denn gibt. I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. nines.
