Gespräche sind sehr breit gefächert und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und ausgezeichnet behandelt. BRAVO! Eine Ausnahmeerscheinung in Wien. Bei sehr kurzem Gespräch hat sie uns informiert, dass sie nur Homöopathische Terapie anwenden würde womit wir nicht einverstanden waren , weil wir die traditionell medizinische Behandlung wollten. Sie wollte nichts anderes machen und so sind wir nach 5 Minuten weggegangen. Mussten jedoch €65 für keine Behandlung bezahlen. We wanted to have the warts removed. Despite the appointment, we had to wait an hour. During a very short conversation she informed us that she would only use homeopathic therapy, which we did not agree with because we wanted traditional medical treatment. She didn't want to do anything else and so we left after 5 minutes. However, did not have to pay € 65 for any treatment.

Meine einzige Alternative an diesem Tag wäre gewesen ins Krankenhaus zu gehen, was ich definitiv vermeiden wollte, nachdem mir gefühlt 10 andere HautätztInnen mitteilen ließen, dass es schon Freitag Nachmittag sei und dann Wochenende, es täte ihnen sehr leid, aber sie könnten nichts machen. Die Empfangsdame der Frau Dr. hingegen hat sich redlich bemüht und war sehr nett. Die Praxis selbst ist auch sehr schön, die Untersuchung war sehr gründlich und verständnisvoll. Am Ende ging ich hinaus mit einer Salbe und Tabletten, nach ein paar Tagen war der seltsame Ausschlag wieder weg! Ich kann die Frau Dr. nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! My only alternative on that day would have been to go to the hospital, which I definitely wanted to avoid, after feeling that 10 other skin etchings would let me know that it was already Friday afternoon and then weekend, they would be very sorry, but they could not do anything. The Receptionist of Dr. Ing. however, has tried hard and was very nice. The practice itself is also very nice, the investigation was very thorough and understanding. In the end I went out with an ointment and pills, after a few days the strange rash was gone again! I can do the Dr. highly recommend it!

Das liegt zum einen daran, dass wir eine Stunde warten mussten, obwohl wir einen fixen Termin hatten. Dies vermittelt einem das Gefühl, dass sich nicht um einen gekümmert wird. Anderseits liegt es an der Art, wie mit neuen Patienten umgegangen wird. Man wartet zuerst sehr lange im Wartezimmer und dann wieder im Behandlungsraum. Dabei wird leider nicht erklärt, warum oder worauf man warten muss. Außerdem wirkt es, als würde die Behandlung oder das Gespräch schnell „erledigt“ werden. Meiner Meinung nach rechtfertigt es daher die Kosten nicht. Diese trage ich gerne, wenn ich mich gut aufgehoben fühle und sich das Team um mich als Patient bemüht. In addition, it appears as if the treatment or the conversation will be "dealt with" quickly. So in my opinion it doesn't justify the cost. I like to wear these when I feel that I am in good hands and the team is taking care of me as a patient.

Widmet sich dem Problem nicht nur oberflächlich sondern untersucht von der Warze bis zur Akne wirklich genau, beeindruckt mit immer wieder mit ihrem Wissen dass nicht an der Haut aufhört. Wenn notwendig wird auch ein Blutbild erstellt, um wirklich alles abzuklären. Und sie bespricht mit uns den Behandlungsplan bis ins kleinste. Außerdem mussten wir noch nie lange warten. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Really takes a lot of time for her patients.
