V	Victoria Schipek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sohn 3 jahre hat einen ausschlag im Gesicht und habe versucht einen Termin auszumachen. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr harsch und hat gleich gemeint da wir noch nicht Patienten bei ihnen sind kann sie uns keinen Termin geben?!?!? Mein Sohn ist 3 Jahre alt und bis jetzt musste ich noch nie mit ihm zum hautarzt. Es gibt nun mal auch akute Fälle die ebenso behandelt gehören! My 3 year old son has a rash on his face and tried to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very harsh and immediately said that we are not yet patients with you, she cannot give us an appointment?!?!? My son is 3 years old and until now I have never had to go to the dermatologist with him. There are also acute cases that should be treated in the same way!

B	Beachy May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zwei mal mit unserem Baby bei Dr. Palfi. Sie war sehr kompetent und dank ihr haben wir die Haut unseres Babys gut in Griff bekommen. Allerdings haben wir aktuell wieder Probleme und gerne hätten wir abklären lassen, ob es sich um einen Pilz handelt. Nächstmöglicher Termin wurde mir in über einem Monat angeboten. Obwohl ich von der Dringlichkeit berichtet habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass kein früherer Termin möglich sei. Sehr schade, da dies die letzten zwei Male kein Problem darstellte. Und ich mit einem Baby nicht einfach einen Monat warten kann. Von einer Wahlärztin hätte ich mir schon mehr erwartet, da es sicher immer wieder Akutfälle gibt und ich auch nicht wenig für einen Besuch zahle. We went to Dr. Palfi. She was very competent and thanks to her we got our baby's skin under control. However, we currently have problems again and we would have liked to have clarified whether it is a fungus. I was offered the next possible appointment in over a month. Although I reported the urgency, I was told that an earlier appointment was not possible. A shame as this has not been a problem the last two times. And I can't just wait a month with a baby. I would have expected more from an elective doctor, since there are always acute cases and I don't pay a little for a visit.

Get an appointment immediately because of an acute case. Despite the inserted appointment, only 5-10 minutes waiting time. Extremely friendly and competent - including the receptionist!

Aufgrund einer einer kurzfristigen Erkrankung wurde mir lediglich vorgeworfen den Termin eines Familienmitgliedes nicht für andere Patienten unmittelbar frei gegeben zu haben und widerwillig ein Erhebungsblatt vorgelegt. KEIN SERVICE KEINE EMPATHIE KEINE EMPFEHLUNG. Wirklich schade, die Website hatte anderes vermuten lassen. After months of waiting for a first appointment as a family, one is neither formally greeted nor empathetically received in the practice. Due to a short-term illness, I was only accused of not immediately releasing the appointment of a family member for other patients and reluctantly submitting a questionnaire. NO SERVICE NO EMPATHY NO RECOMMENDATION. It's a real shame, the website had suggested otherwise.

Wir haben mehrere Wochen auf einen Termin für unseren Sohn gewartet und als wir dann beim Arzt waren, hat uns eine sehr unfreundliche und offensichtlich genervte Sprechstundenhilfe gesagt, dass wir keinen Termin haben. Auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen ob wir nicht doch kurz bleiben dürfen wurde uns sehr unfreundlich abgesagt. Kein schönes Kunde/Partientenerlebnis! :( Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience today. We waited several weeks for an appointment for our son and when we went to see the doctor, a very unfriendly and obviously annoyed receptionist told us that we didn't have an appointment. When we asked several times whether we could stay for a short time, we were very rudely refused. Not a nice customer/party experience! :(
