s	steffi koncsek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann und ich hatten am Montag um 17.40 einen Termin. Nachdem das Wartezimmer voller Menschen war, haben wir um einen neuen Termin gebeten. Der war heute um 9.15 Uhr. Laut Ordinationshilfe ist in der Früh die beste Zeit damit man nicht zu lange warten muss. Als wir heute aus dem Aufzug stiegen trauten wir unseren Augen nicht. Die Warteschlange stand bis zum Aufzug..Geschätzte 50 Personen inklusive Wartezimmer!!!. WARUM vergibt man Termine wenn der Patient dann stundenlang warten muss? Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen und werden uns sicher keinen Termin mehr holen. My husband and I had an appointment on Monday at 5.40pm. After the waiting room was full of people, we asked for a new appointment. It was at 9:15 a.m. today. According to the ordination aid, the best time is in the morning so that you don't have to wait too long. When we got out of the elevator today we couldn't believe our eyes. The queue was up to the elevator .. Estimated 50 people including the waiting room! WHY do you give appointments when the patient has to wait for hours? We left immediately and will certainly not get an appointment again.
A	Andreas Navratil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute bereits den 2. Termin für ein Laserpeel, kann nur sagen, dass Frau Dr. Stolkovich eine sehr kompetente und einfühlsame Ärztin ist. Auch das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist trotz Termin die Wartezeit sehr lange, daher nur 4 Sterne - trotzdem empfehlenswert. Already had the 2nd appointment for a laser peel today, can only say that Dr. Stolkovich is a very competent and empathetic doctor. The staff is also extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, despite the appointment, the waiting time is very long, therefore only 4 stars - still recommended.

Aufgerufen wurden ich 12.30 Uhr .Wahnsinn - Ordination voller Patienten - trotz Covid. Ich hatte einen Termin bei Frau Stolkovich betr. Muttermalkontrolle gebucht, doch leider war diese von einer anderen Ärztin vertreten worden. (Den Name habe ich leider nicht verstanden) . Nachdem ich mich entkleidet habe, lies man mich im Untersuchungsraum warten. Es war kalt. habe mir dann meinen Pullover angezogen. Die Untersuchung war sehr oberflächlich Und man ist überhaupt nicht auf meinem Wunsch eingegangen. Es wurde mir lediglich eine Salbe verschrieben und ein Zettel in die Hand gedrückt mit Privat Zeiten der Ordination. Auf meine Frage wegen der langen Wartezeit .. kam nur schlicht und einfach die Antwort ... DAS IST HALT SO BEI KASSENPATIENTEN! DANKe FÜR DIE ZWEI KLASSENGESELLSCHAFT ! This ordination is not recommended!!! Extremely long wait !! Appointment was at 11:10 am! I was called at 12.30 p.m. Crazy - surgery full of patients - despite Covid. I had booked an appointment with Ms. Stolkovich for a mole check, but unfortunately she was represented by another doctor. (Unfortunately I didn't understand the name). After undressing, I was made to wait in the examination room. It was cold. I then put my sweater on. The examination was very superficial and my request was not taken into account at all. I was only prescribed an ointment and given a note with private times of the ordination. When I asked about the long waiting time, the answer was plain and simple... THAT'S THAT'S THE WAY WITH CASH PATIENTS! THANK YOU FOR THE TWO CLASS SOCIETY!
D	Dragana-Liuba Paun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So enttäuscht war ich noch nie!!! 45 Minuten Wartezeit (obwohl ich einen Termin hatte) für eine 2 Minuten-Untersuchung?!!!! Das darf doch nicht wahr sein!! Die Arztin hat mich nur angeschaut, 2-3 Muttermale kontrolliert und fertig, sie meinte alles ist in Ordnung und ich musste gleich raus… ich war schockiert! Ich habe ihr dann ein Muttermal gezeigt, weil ich da schmerzen hatte und es war auch eine optische Veränderung, Farbe und Form. Sie hat das garnicht bemerkt und als ich sie gefragt habe ob sie sich das anschauen kann, sagt sie “was ist das?” Na ein Muttermal WAS SONST?????!! Schrecklich!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!! Corona Maßnahmen wurden auch nicht eingehalten. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen!! I've never been so disappointed!!! 45 minute wait (although I had an appointment) for a 2 minute exam?!!!! This is just unreal!! The doctor just looked at me, checked 2-3 birthmarks and that's it, she said everything is fine and I had to get out right away... I was shocked! I then showed her a birthmark because I was in pain and there was also a visual change, color and shape. She didn't even notice and when I asked her if she could look at it, she said "what's that?" Well a mole WHAT ELSE?????!! Dreadful!!! Not recommendable!! Corona measures were not observed either. I will never go back!!
R	Riku Agari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war einfach nur grauenvoll. Null Sterne. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten hierher zu kommen. Unfreundlich. Unprofessionell. Unverschämt. Reine Zeitverschwendung. Trotz Termin musste ich über eine Stunde warten. Netterweise wurde ich von der Rezeptionistin dann vorgezogen da ich dringend in die Arbeit musste. Das war aber auch schon der einzige Lichtblick. Die Liebe Frau Doktor kam sichtlich genervt in den Behandlungsraum und befahl mir mich zu entkleiden und führte wortlos eine Muttermal Kontrolle durch, obwohl ich aus einem völlig anderen Grund gekommen war. Nachdem ich sie erneut auf mein eigentliches Problem aufmerksam machte, wurde ich einfach abgewimmelt und bekam irgend eine Salbe verschrieben, obwohl sie sich die Sache nicht einmal angesehen hatte! "Kommen Sie in 2 Monaten wieder falls es dann nicht weg ist" Dann aber SICHER NICHT zu Ihnen, liebe Frau Doktor. Zuletzt bekam ich einen Zettel mit den Privat Terminen in die Hand gedrückt. Na vielen Dank auch, jetzt ist wohl klar wo Ihre Prioritäten liegen. Die Corona Maßnahmen sind auch unmöglich einzuhalten. Der Warteraum war vollgestopft mit Menschen wie mir und gelüftet wir hier auch nicht. Wer hier war sollte anschließend gleich zum Testen gehen. It was just awful. zero stars. I can only advise everyone not to come here. Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Outrageous. Pure waste of time. Even with an appointment I had to wait over an hour. The receptionist was kind enough to give me priority because I had to go to work urgently. But that was the only bright spot. The dear lady doctor came into the treatment room visibly annoyed and ordered me to undress and carried out a birthmark check without a word, although I had come for a completely different reason. After I drew her attention to my actual problem again, I was simply brushed off and prescribed some ointment, although she hadn't even looked at the matter! "Come back in 2 months if it doesn't go away by then" But then DEFINITELY NOT to you, dear doctor. Finally, I was handed a note with the private appointments. Thank you very much, now it is clear where your priorities lie. The Corona measures are also impossible to comply with. The waiting room was crammed with people like me and we don't air it here either. Anyone who was here should then go straight to the test.

Bei jedem Besuch über eine Stunde Wartezeit trotz Termins und das Wartezimmer ist auch immer vollgestopft (sehr fragwürdig in Zeiten von Corona). Wenn man dann endlich mal dran kommt wird man weder vernünftig untersucht, noch einem ein Ohr geschenkt, um zu schildern warum man da ist. Ratzifatz wird man abgefertigt und mit einem Rezept nach Hause geschickt, ohne zu wissen was man hat, geschweige denn wofür die Medizinprodukte sind, die man verwenden soll. Fragt man dann nochmal nach wird man regelrecht angeschnauzt. Fazit: sehr unhöfliche Ärzte, die Massenabfertigung betreiben! Highly discourage this practice! With every visit, there is a waiting time of more than an hour despite an appointment and the waiting room is always full (very questionable in times of Corona). When it's finally your turn, you're neither properly examined nor listened to to explain why you're there. In a nutshell, you are processed and sent home with a prescription without knowing what you have, let alone what the medical devices you are supposed to use are for. If you then ask again, you will be literally snapped at. Conclusion: very rude doctors who do mass processing!
S	Sue Alisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin wegen einem auffälligen (veränderten) Muttermal dorthin. Trotz Terminvergabe war der Wartebereich überfüllt. Ich habe über eine Stunde gewartet obwohl ich einen Termin hatte! Nachdem ich endlich im Behandlungsraum war, kam die Ärztin nach einigen Minuten rein und sagte sofort, dass das Muttermal normal aussieht. Sie hat es sich nicht einmal aus der Nähe angesehen, hat mir nicht mal richtig zugehört und sowas geht gar nicht! Spart euch eure Zeit & Nerven :) I went there because of a conspicuous (changed) birthmark. Despite making an appointment, the waiting area was overcrowded. I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment! Once I was finally in the treatment room, the doctor came in after a few minutes and immediately said that the mole looks normal. She didn't even look at it up close, didn't even listen to me properly and that's just not possible! Save your time and nerves :)
