★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin gar nicht zu dieser Klinik gegangen und schon habe ich eine negative Erfahrung mit ihnen. Die Angestellte, die sich um die Termine kümmert war sehr unprofessionell, ohne Respekt, hatte keine Kundenorientierung und war nicht imstande Informationen bezüglich der Verfügbarkeit des Arztes zu geben. Sehr enttäuscht, dass Menschen wie diese mit Kunden umgehen müssen. Der Anruf für den Termin wurde am 06. März um 16.15 getätigt.
I did not even go to this clinic and my experience with them is a negative one. The person employed to schedule the consultations was very unprofessional, disrespectful, demonstrated lack of client orientation and was not able to clearly relate information in regard to Doctors availability. The appointment call was done on 06 March 2018 at 16:15.
 I didn't go to this clinic at all and I already had a negative experience with them. The clerk who took care of the appointments was very unprofessional, without respect, had no customer orientation and was unable to provide information regarding the availability of the doctor. Very disappointed that people like this have to deal with customers. The call for the appointment was made on March 6th at 4:15 pm.
