★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Uhren der ELLA Juwelen sind Marken, bei denen entweder die Technik, wie etwa bei den G-Shock von Casio, oder die Mode im Vordergrund steht. Mir gefällt, dass sich dieses Juweliergeschäft auf ein ganz bestimmtes Segment im großen Uhrenangebot spezialisiert hat.
Die Verkäuferin ist sehr freundlich und kennt sich bei der Technik der Uhren, es geht meist um Solaruhren, die funkgesteuert sind und auch über GPS die Zeit empfangen, gar nicht schlecht aus. Es wird auch kein Druck aufgebaut, die Uhr schnell zu kaufen, sie können sich lange die Uhren anschauen und immer neue Fragen werden höflich und nicht genervt beantwortet. Die Uhrenpreise von Uhren, die insbesondere durch moderne Technik bestechen, sind verständlicherweise hoch, es werden die Preise verlangt, die vom Hersteller empfohlen werden. Ich finde, die ELLA Juwelen sind eine Empfehlung wert, 5 Sterne, keine Frage.
 ELLA Juwelen watches are brands that focus on either technology, such as the G-Shock from Casio, or fashion. I like that this jewelry store specializes in a very specific segment of the large range of watches.
The saleswoman is very friendly and knows her way around the technology of the watches, mostly solar watches that are radio-controlled and also receive the time via GPS, not bad at all. There is also no pressure to buy the watch quickly, you can look at the watches for a long time and new questions are always answered politely and not annoyed. The watch prices for watches that are particularly impressive because of their modern technology are understandably high; the prices charged are those recommended by the manufacturer. I think the ELLA jewels are worth a recommendation, 5 stars, no question about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 02.08 (09 Uhr) ein Armband bestellt, auf der Homepage wird geworben das die Ware sofern man bis 18 Uhr bestellt noch am selben Tag rausgeht leider nicht passiert. Heute 4.Werktag immernoch keine Ware da und laut Sendungsstatus wird diese auch nicht am 5.Werktag geliefert
Have on 02.08 (09 clock) ordered a bracelet on the homepage is advertised that the goods unless you ordered until 18 o'clock on the same day goes out unfortunately not happened. Today 4.Weutag still no goods there and according to shipment status, this will not be delivered on 5.Wirtschaftag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auswahl ist sehr gut. Beratung eigentlich auch sehr gut, aber zwischen erstem unverbindlichen Angebot und finalem Kaufpreis wurde der Preis (es ging um Eheringe aus Gold) einfach ohne Kommentar um 40% erhöht. Take it, or leave it, Verhalten.
Wir sind gegangen und haben woanders das exakt gleiche Produkt um den günstigeren Preis gekauft.
Schade, aber so ein Verhalten ist inakzeptabel.
Ich denke dass diese Masche leider oft funktioniert wenn die zukünftigen Ehepartner unbedingt kaufen möchten, daher wahrscheinlich eine Standardmethode.
Selection is very good. Advice actually very good, but between the first non-binding offer and the final purchase price the price (it was about gold wedding rings) was simply increased by 40% without comment. Take it, or leave it, behavior.
We went and bought the exact same product elsewhere for the cheaper price.
Too bad, but such behavior is unacceptable.
I think that this stitch often works if the future spouses want to buy, so probably a standard method.

Unfortunately my Kerbholz watch was destroyed when I changed the battery and will not be replaced! Bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute, am Samstag, wollte wir Eheringe anschauen.
Wir wurden gleich informiert,dass man uns heute nicht beraten könne,da die Damen nur zu zweit im Geschäft seien.
Großzügig wurden uns dann doch Ringe aus der Vitrine gezeigt. Wir durften sie sogar gleich im Stehen anschauen und bekamen aucheinen Prospekt dazu.Ich war voll begeistert - soviel Kundenservice ist einfach nicht zu toppen! Sarkasmus off.
Dieses Geschäft sieht uns zu Glück nicht mehr . War wohl der schlechteste Service, den ich erlebt habe. Leider kann man keine 0 Punkte vergeben.
Today, Saturday, we wanted to look at wedding rings.
We were immediately informed that we could not be advised today because there were only two of the ladies in the shop.
We were then shown generous rings from the showcase. We were even allowed to look at it while standing and also got a brochure. I was absolutely thrilled - that much customer service is simply unbeatable! Sarcasm off.
Fortunately, this business no longer sees us. Probably the worst service I've experienced. Unfortunately you cannot assign 0 points.
