Trotz Baustellen Chaos und Lärm immer freundlichst bemüht und KundInnen orientiert. Ganz klare Empfehlung!! ? By far one of the most competent and FRIENDLY pharmacists and Pka employees I have ever come across. Despite the chaos and noise on the construction site, always trying hard and customer-oriented. Very clear recommendation! ?

D	Dana Vlahek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR Test wird sehr ungern gemacht, dafür aber Antigen Test sofort. Auf das PCR Ergebnis wurde fast 50 Stunden gewartet! Ich durfte auch nicht wissen welches Labor die Tests macht?! Endlich mit viel Mühe und Aufwand stellte sich heraus, dass nich das Labor sondern die Apotheke die Ergebnisse nicht weitergegeben hat! Ohne jegliche Entschuldigung. Ich bin entsetzt über so ein verantwortungsloses Verhalten. PCR test is very reluctant to do, but antigen test is done immediately. Almost 50 hours have been waited for the PCR result! I was also not allowed to know which laboratory is doing the tests ?! Finally, with a lot of effort and expense, it turned out that it was not the laboratory but the pharmacy that had not passed on the results! Without any apology. I am appalled by such irresponsible behavior.

T	Tanja Mühlthaler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich, gleich in der Nähe wohnend, wartete schon auf die Eröffnung dieser Apotheke & seitdem sie geöffnet hatte, bin ich als Schmerzpatientin mit monatlichem Dauerrezept tagtäglich in dieser wunderbaren Apotheke mit deren noch wunderbareren Mitarbeiterinnen, um mein Medikament dort unter Aufsicht einzunehmen. Das gesamte Team ist immer äußerst freundlich, auch wenn es oft viel Stress mit den "Zu Testenden" gibt, da diese oft in Massen bishin zur nächsten Straße stehen, um sich testen zu lassen, sind sehr kompetent und stellen auch viele qualitativ hochwertige Eigen-erzeugnisse her. Die durchgehenden Öffnungszeiten von 08:00 Uhr - 18:00 Uhr sind auch mehr als angenehm!!! Ich habe in meinem bisherigen Leben schon einige Apotheken in Graz (&auch Wien) "kennengelernt", meine letzte Apotheke war eine der schlimmsten... Ich bin seeehr froh, dass ich bei dieser Apotheke sein "darf"...kann absolut NUR das BESTE darüber berichten...!!!? I, living nearby, was already waiting for the opening of this pharmacy & since it opened, as a pain patient with a monthly prescription I have been in this wonderful pharmacy every day with their even more wonderful employees to take my medication there under supervision. The whole team is always extremely friendly, even if there is often a lot of stress with the "people to be tested", as they often stand in masses up to the next street to be tested, are very competent and also provide many high-quality own- products. The continuous opening times from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. are also more than pleasant! In my life so far I have "got to know" several pharmacies in Graz (& also Vienna), my last pharmacy was one of the worst ... I am very happy that I "may" be at this pharmacy ... I can only tell you the BEST about it ... !!! ?
