R	Robert Wagendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal wer dort gerade die Kunden betreut - alle sind sie freundlich bis sehr freundlich, beratend und helfend. Wenn etwas gerade nicht lagernd ist oder überhaupt nur auf Bestellung zu haben ist, kommt die Ware - sofern verfügbar - entweder noch am selben Tag (mittags oder abends) oder man wird telefonisch verständigt. No matter who looks after the customers there - they are all friendly to very friendly, advisory and helpful. If something is currently not in stock or is only available on order, the goods - if available - either arrive on the same day (at noon or in the evening) or you are notified by phone.
P	Petra Fratzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und diskriminierend. Ich wurde aus der Apotheke hinausgeschickt weil angeblich zuviele Leute drinnen waren, nach mir war es egal. Verkäufer sind nur zu Kunden freundlich, die Ihnen gefallen. Sollte gerade in einer Apotheke NICHT der Fall sein! Die Damen dort haben wohl ihren Beruf verfehlt. Traurig! Da hilft auch die belehrende Antwort des Inhabers nichts. Denn es ist mir schon bewusst, dass aufgrund der Situation nur eine bestimmte Anzahl ins Lokal darf. Und NEIN ich bin nicht unbelehrbar, denn ich halte mich grundsätzlich an die Maßnahmen. Es ist eher traurig, dass SIE Herr Mag. Ihre Kunden aufgrund einer Kritik auch noch dermaßen bevormunden und gängeln! Aber es spricht für SIE und Ihr Personal! Bei mir war es aber so, dass nur ICH aufgefordert wurde die Apotheke zu verlassen, nach mir war es egal. Da hilft auch kein schönreden werter Herr Magister. Es ist und bleibt diskriminierend und unhöflich! Unfriendly and discriminatory. I was sent out of the pharmacy because there were supposedly too many people inside, after me it didn't matter. Sellers are only friendly to customers they like. Should NOT be the case in a pharmacy! The ladies there have probably missed their job. Sad! The owner's instructive answer doesn't help either. Because I am already aware that due to the situation, only a certain number of people are allowed into the restaurant. And NO, I am not unteachable, because I always adhere to the measures. It is rather sad that YOU, Mr. Mag., Patronize your customers to such an extent because of a criticism! But it speaks for YOU and your staff! But for me it was the case that only I was asked to leave the pharmacy, after me it didn't matter. There is no good talking about it, dear Master. It is and will remain discriminatory and rude!
N	Nicoletta Freshetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Fazit bezieht sich auf mehrere Besuche. Gute 90% des Personals ist gelangweilt, desinteressiert und kurz angehalten. Auch die persönliche Beratung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mir ist bewusst dass dies eine Apotheke ist und kein Dienstleistungsbetrieb, jedoch kenne ich etliche Apotheken in der Nähe, bei denen das Personal sehr freundlich, bemüht ist und sich Zeit nimmt- und als kranke Person fühlt man sich da doch gleich viel sicherer und gut versorgt. Da ist es mir doch glatt wert ein Stückchen länger mit der Bim zu fahren, obwohl die Schlossapotheke viel näher wäre. My conclusion is based on several visits. A good 90% of the staff is bored, disinterested and stopped briefly. Personal advice also leaves a lot to be desired. I am aware that this is a pharmacy and not a service company, but I know a number of pharmacies in the vicinity where the staff is very friendly, eager and takes their time - and as a sick person you feel much safer and well looked after . It’s worth it to me to take the Bim a little longer, although the castle pharmacy would be much closer.

IMMER TOP-UND IMMER WIEDER GERNE *** Very polite and friendly staff. The staff takes care of the people and they always give you very good advice. ALWAYS TOP AND ALWAYS HAPPY ***

Als ich nach hause kam sah ich auf das Ablaufdatum : Mai 22 ... muss nicht wirklich sein,normal bekomme ich schon solche Tabletten die ca 1 Jahr halten nicht nur 2-3 Monate. Dann bei einer 60er Packung noch!!! Unfortunately not one of the best pharmacies in Graz. I bought a 60-pack of Thomapyrin in Feb 22. When I got home I looked at the expiry date: May 22... doesn't really have to be, I already get such tablets that last about 1 year, not just 2-3 months. Then with a pack of 60!!!

А в составе 96% спирт! Потом продавец сказала, что у mundisal и dentinox одинаковый состав... мой муж купил это «счастье».. принёс домой.. пошёл возвращать, но аптекарь не хотела делать возврат! В итоге она за гель не вернула деньги и сказала, что он подходит детям! Но там написано в инструкции НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕТСЯ ДЕТЯМ ДО 1 ГОДА! ДАВАТЬ С ОСТОРОЖНОСТЬЮ И СТРОГО ПО РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ВРАЧА! Никому не рекомендую попадать на этого аптекаря и тем более просить совета. А администрации стоит уделить внимание на «хорошие» советы, которые даёт аптекарь... ведь ее слова кто то слушает и потом применяет на своих детях не читая инструкции и состав... а о последствиях несёт ответственность аптекарь? Если нет, то лучше не советовать! I arrived with high temperature and diarrhea and the lady was very unpolite with me as my german skills were not sufficient. There was no medication on the stock, which were prescribed by the doctor and the farmacist totally ignored me when I asked for a help in finding other formacy in the zone. She simply cut the dialogue and said twice that I have leave the place and go to another pharmacy. As a new one Graz, without knowing the city well, having high fever, I received the worst from possible customer treatment. In the consequence sick and exhausted I had to travel to 'Apotheke zum grünen Kreuz' which is around 5 stops further, where I received medications and full help. In Spain all pharmacists as a good practice recommend other pharmacy which has medication on stock, they also offer to order medication for the next day, but in the first place treat sick people with empathy. I strongly unrecommend to attend this farmacy. I have never receive such bad treatment as a foreigner in other cities. I was very disappointed.
