O	Oliver Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stellen Sie sich vor... soeben wollte ich einen relativ großen Papiersack mit abgelaufenen Medikamenten zurückgeben. Die Verkäuferin nahm den Sack entgegen und trug ihn ins Lager. Dies hörte der Inhaber der Apotheke und holte den Sack zurück und drückte mir ihn wieder in die Hand und stellte eine Plastikwanne auf die Theke und meinte, ich möge bitte alle Medikamente aus der Verpackung nehmen und jegliches Papier (inkl. Sack) wieder mitnehmen. Zuerst verstand ich, dass ICH den Sondermüll trennen sollte, aber nein, er meinte tatsächlich, dass ich den Papiermüll wieder mitnehmen müsse, da er nur einen kleinen Papiercontainer hat. Meine Reaktion war, dass ich den ganzen Sondermüll wieder mitnahm und den ganzen vollen Sack in der Apotheke Shopping Nord ablieferte. Anscheinend haben die einen größeren Container und kennen das Wort Kundenzufriedenheit. Tatsächlich ist mir das noch bei keiner Apotheke passiert!!!! Imagine ... I just wanted to return a relatively large paper sack with expired medication. The seller took the sack and carried it to the warehouse. The owner of the pharmacy heard this and took the sack back and pressed it back into my hand and placed a plastic tub on the counter and said I should please take all the medication out of the packaging and take any paper (including the sack) back with me. At first I understood that I should separate the hazardous waste, but no, he actually said that I had to take the waste paper back with me, since it only has a small paper container. My reaction was that I took all the special waste back with me and delivered the whole sack to the Shopping Nord pharmacy. Apparently they have a larger container and know the word customer satisfaction. In fact, this has never happened to me at any pharmacy !!!!
A	Abdel Jarrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maskenfaschos - wenn man ohne reingeht wird man angeschrien .. es wird nicht beachtet ob man Maske tragen muss oder nicht .. es interessiert auch niemanden ob man Symptome hat oder nicht .. die Leute haben Panik obwohl sie sich hinter der Scheibe verstecken .. aber nicht nur dass es herrscht dort allgemein ein merkwürdiger Ton .. Masked fascists - if you go in without one you will be yelled at .. it is not considered whether you have to wear a mask or not .. nobody cares whether you have symptoms or not .. people are panic although they are hiding behind the window .. but not only that there is generally a strange tone there ..
A	Andreas Kahr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45min vor Dienstschluss wollten sie keine Salbe mehr für unseren neugeborenen anrühren, weil sie "gleich" zusperren! ...in einer anderen Apotheke haben sie die Salbe sofort gemischt und wir könnten sie mitnehmen 45 minutes before the end of the working day, they didn't want to touch any more ointment for our newborn because they were "about to" lock up! ... in another pharmacy they immediately mixed the ointment and we could take it with us
S	Shaerox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind Top. Höflich und immer Bemüht jedem bestgehend zu helfen. Der Inhaber selbst ist das Letze vom Letzen. Angefangen von seiner Überheblichen und erniedrigenden Art, nicht gut deutsch Sprechenden Personen gegenüber, bis hin zu nicht aktzeptieren von Bankomatzahlungen unter 5 euro . ( Kleiner Tipp nebenbei - er ist gesetzlich Verfplichtet diese zu aktzeptieren, er könnte auch ein Pauschalangebot haben um nicht für jede Transatkion bezahlen zu müssen ). Weiter kommt ein Ausnutzen seiner Machtposition nach seinem eignenen Ermessen. Sind sie bei ihm Gut gesinnt, können sie alles haben. Ohne Rezept. Freunderlwirtschaft. Mach ma scho Mentalität. ERzählst es halt keinem. Der Herr lebt mit seiner Einstellung eindeutig in der Vergangenheit und hat auch trotz mehrmaligen Eskalationen gegenüber Frauen oder Einwanderern keinen Grund gefunden diese dem Jahr 2021 entsprechend anzupassen. Ekelerregend und für mich ein Grund dieser Apotheke nicht einen weiteren Euro zu geben The employees are great. Polite and always trying to help everyone as best as possible. (A little tip by the way - he is legally obliged to accept this, he could also have a package deal so that he does not have to pay for every transaction). Furthermore, you can use your position of power at your own discretion. If you are well disposed towards him, you can have everything. Without recipe. Friend economy. Mach ma scho mentality. Don't tell anyone. With his attitude, the gentleman clearly lives in the past and, despite repeated escalations towards women or immigrants, has not found any reason to adapt it to the year 2021. Disgusting and a reason for me not to give this pharmacy another euro
