Immer bekam ich eine kompetente Beratung und alle Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. So soll es sein! The green cross pharmacy has been my main pharmacy for many years. I always received competent advice and all issues were dealt with quickly and easily. That's how it should be!

Gerne wieder :) Of all the test roads that I have already gotten to know, this one was by far the most efficient! Well organized and super friendly testers. Gladly again :)

Immer weiter zu empfehlen wenn man gute Beratung braucht. Very competent and friendly staff. The testing is also well organized, no long waiting times and good dealings with customers. Always to be recommended if you need good advice.

PCR test result not received. very rude when you have questions. if you don't feel like it, ams is available thank you

Wenn man 30 Minuten noch hat und vor einem 1 Dame zum Testen steht...und die in unhöflichstem Ton meint, geht sich nicht mehr aus, gehen's wo anders hin. ?? Murz a Frechheit, vor allem, wenn man davor 3 mal anruft!! Bodenlose Frechheit. Selbst JETZT wäre noch Zeit Rude and unprofessional! If you have 30 minutes left and 1 lady is standing in front of you to test ... and she says in the most impolite tone, it doesn't work out anymore, go somewhere else. ?? Murz a cheek, especially if you call 3 times before! Bottomless cheek. Even NOW there is still time

Very friendly and professionally competent. Rarely have I seen people ask about previous illnesses and possible contraindications when buying a drug.

They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need/medicine that won't work, unlike a lot of other pharmacies. Waiting times are pretty short, even when there are a lot of people. The Corona tests are very quick - their staff is very competent and kind. I have only had one experience last year where it just seemed like one pharmacist was either having a rough day/was tired and she wasn't the nicest. But we all have those days. Overall, consistently good service.
