Immer hilfsbereit.Das Veranstalter kann wechseln preis genauso. wie heute Vormittag eine preis Nachmittag andere preis leider das kommt alles von andere Veranstaltung wer verkaufen seine sache. Trotzdem Danke. Yes the staff is very friendly. Man kommt mit einem konkreten Reisewunsch - und kriegt das Gleiche, das man vorher gleichen Vormittag schon online bzw. telefonisch selbst in Erfahrung gebracht hat! Never ever! Advice, unfortunately, incompetent. I can read catalogs myself. You don't need a travel agency for this. You come with a specific travel request - and you get the same thing that you found out online or by telephone the same morning! Never ever!
H	Heinrich Hofhans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Verkauf gut, kaum gibt es jedoch Probleme hört man leider plötzlich, dass man nicht zuständig ist, man wäre nur Vermittler, können nicht helfen etc. Wozu man dann noch ein Reisebüro braucht, bleibt wohl eine unbeantwortete Frage...... In sales good, but there are hardly any problems you suddenly hear that you are not responsible, you would only be an intermediary, cannot help etc. What you need a travel agency for then remains an unanswered question ......
M	Magdalena Matczak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es darum geht eine Reise zu verkaufen ist man bemüht, aber ab dem Moment, ab dem Probleme auftauchen, ist TUI plötzlich nur noch Vermittler. Wäre von Vorteil darauf bereits beim Beratungsgespräch im Vorfeld hinzuweisen und auch schon zu erwähnen, dass man bei Problemen nur zu hören bekommt, dass das Reisebüro Vermittler ist. Daher mein Tipp an alle: Es ist, wenn man online gleich bucht und man spart etwaige Bearbeitungsgebühren und Ähnliches ... keine Unterstützung bei der Rückabwicklung unserer Flüge vom März... im Vergleich unsere Flüge von Mai mit derselben Fluglinie, die wir online gebucht haben, wurden bereits zur Gänze zurückbezahlt. Bei den Flügen von März spielt sich Fluglinie und Reisebüro den Ball gegenseitig zu und keiner fühlt sich zuständig!!! Nachtrag zur Antwort vom Reisebüro und den erwähnten 40 Euro Service Pauschale !!! Sie werden ja nicht abstreiten, dass Sie uns Flüge angeboten haben, die weitaus teurer waren als die, die mein Mann dann selbst herausgesucht hat und Ihnen weitergeleitet hat (obwohl gleiche Fluglinie !!!) Daraufhin haben Sie uns eine Bearbeitungsgebühr berechnet, also dafür; dass wir über Sie Flüge gebucht haben, die wir uns selbst herausgesucht haben. Das angebotene Programm mit Guide & Co erwähne ich gar nicht, wo ich um 1/4 Ihres Preises Driver, Guide und weitaus mehr Programmpunkte über offizielle Anbieter vor Ort organisiert habe. So my tip to everyone: It is if you book online right away and you save any processing fees and the like ... no support with the reversal of our flights from March ... in comparison our flights from May with the same airline that we booked online have already been repaid in full. For the flights in March, the airline and travel agency pass the ball to each other and nobody feels responsible !!! Addendum to the answer from the travel agency and the 40 Euro service fee mentioned! You won't deny that you offered us flights that were far more expensive than those that my husband picked out himself and forwarded to you (although the same airline !!!) You then charged us a processing fee, so for that; that we have booked flights through you that we have selected ourselves. I don't even mention the program offered with Guide & Co, where I have organized a driver, guide and far more program items via official providers on site for 1/4 of your price.
