★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga für Anfänger ohne Weihrauch aber mit Geduld
Ich konnte 10 Wochen lang mit Kathi in Ruhe meinen Weg zurück zum Yoga finden und mir wurde mit viel Geduld jeder Position erklärt was sie bewirkt und wie sie mir helfen könnte.
Meine Gruppe hätte nicht unterschiedlicher sein können und trotzdem hat Kathi uns alle zusammen gebracht.
Ich bin sehr dankbar für diesen Kurs und freue mich jetzt auf den nächsten, Fotos kommen noch...
 Yoga for beginners without incense but with patience
I was able to calmly find my way back to yoga for 10 weeks with Kathi and was patiently explained to each position what it does and how it could help me.
My group could not have been more different and yet Kathi brought us all together.
I am very thankful for this course and I am looking forward to the next one, photos are coming ...
