Gerade für Anfänger bietet sie einen Grundkurs der wirklich bei Null anfängt, perfekt für den Start in die Yogawelt. Especially for beginners, it offers a basic course that really starts from scratch, perfect for the start into the yoga world. Yomara (die Yogalehrerin) achtet sehr auf ihre SchülerInnen! I have already attended several yoga classes, in this course I learned for the first time the philosophy of yoga and the technology understandable .... great trip to yourself! Yomara (the yoga teacher) is very attentive to her students!
