Were previously Westbahnhof but 2 were very disappointed so only more tui Mariahilferstr. All very nice and especially the young man great advice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe hier meine GR reise gebucht, habe deutlich meine möglichkeiten und wünsche ausgedrückt, wurde nicht richtig beraten und auf wünsche und möglichkeiten wurde nicht eingegangen,mitarbeiter wirken überfordert und dessinteresiert,das klima ist ein reinster mühsal,hier buche ich nie wieder
have my GR travel booked, have clearly expressed my options and wishes, was not properly advised and on requests and possibilities was not received, staff seemed overwhelmed and dessinteresiert, the climate is a sheer trouble, here I'll never book again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das TUI nicht gerade das günstigste Reisebüro ist war mir zwar bewusst, jedoch war das Angebot um das Doppelte teurer als bei unserem ersten Berater. Wenn ich mal im Lotto gewinne, komme ich wieder ;-)
I was aware that the TUI was not exactly the cheapest travel agency, but the offer was twice as expensive as that of our first consultant. If I win the lottery, I'll come back ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte mit meinem Freund eine Reise buchen. Nachdem wir uns nicht auf das erstbeste Hotel eingelassen haben, meinte die junge Dame, sie schickt uns heute noch Angebote per E-Mail. Drei Tage später ist immer noch nichts da. Die wollte uns einfach loswerden! Wunderbare Erfahrung mit tui!!
I wanted to book a trip with my friend. After we did not get involved in the first hotel, said the young lady, she sends us today offers by e-mail. Three days later, there is still nothing. She just wanted to get rid of us! Wonderful experience with tui !!

Leider kam es nicht zum Abschluss da mir Corona leider einen Strich durch meine Reise Pläne machte. Aber ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Ja hier komme ich sicher wieder hin. Danke ans Team TUI
