T	Thomas Franz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und meine Kinder haben ihren Osterurlaub über Billa Reisen gebucht. Nun ist meine Tochter an Corona erkrankt. Meine Frau (die selbst ein Reisebüro besitzt) wollte nun die Reise verschieben: Von Samstag bis Samstag auf Sonntag bis Sonntag. Vom Hotel her wäre dies kein Problem gewesen...leider spielt dieser Reiseanbieter nicht mit und stellt sich in diesen komplizierten Zeiten stur. Eigentlich wollte ich gar keinen Stern vergeben ... dieser musste aber sein. Sehr schade, dass Kundenzufriedenheit bei diesem Reiseanbieter nicht an erster Stelle steht. My wife and children booked their Easter vacation through Billa Reisen. Now my daughter is suffering from Corona. My wife (who owns a travel agency herself) now wanted to postpone the trip: from Saturday to Saturday to Sunday to Sunday. This would not have been a problem from the hotel...unfortunately this travel provider does not play along and is stubborn in these complicated times. Actually, I didn't want to give any stars at all... but it had to be. It's a shame that customer satisfaction doesn't come first with this tour operator.
S	Sonja S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider viel Zeit für die Buchung aufgewendet und sobald alle Daten ausgefüllt waren, erhält man wenige Stunden später eine Mail, dass die Buchung nicht erfolgreich war, weil doch keine Verfügbarkeit vorhanden ist. Also nochmal neues Angebot gesucht, Verfügbarkeit geprüft, Buchung inkl. Details und Daten abgeschlossen, wenige Stunden später die gleiche Mail, dass dieses Angebot nicht verfügbar ist. Nach dem 3. Versuch innerhalb einer Woche hab ich es aufgegeben. Daher sehr enttäuscht von diesem Reiseportal. Viel Zeit für nix. Unfortunately, a lot of time was spent on the booking and as soon as all the data was filled in, you received an email a few hours later that the booking was not successful because there was no availability. So I looked for a new offer again, checked availability, completed the booking including details and dates, a few hours later the same email that this offer was not available. After the 3rd attempt within a week I gave up. Therefore very disappointed with this travel portal. A lot of time for nothing.

Hoffe nur, daß die Kundenwünsche auch erfüllt werden bzw an das Hotel weitergeleitet werden. Immerwieder gerne The only negative was the long wait on the phone. But then very positively surprised by the competence and friendliness of the staff. Thanks for that. I only hope that the customer's wishes will be fulfilled or forwarded to the hotel. Always my pleasure

Nicole hat sich Zeit genommen und uns bestens beraten (Sie konnte uns wirklich jede Frage genau und äußerst freundlich beantworten) - wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren Urlaub ! I'm really enthusiastic about the advice in the travel agency on Mariahilferstraße! Nicole took her time and gave us the best advice (she was able to answer every question we had in a very friendly manner) - we felt we were in good hands. We are looking forward to our vacation!
