I am pleased that hotels can open again at the end of May. Aufgrund der Reisewarnung wurde die Reise abgesagt. Zwei Tage nach Kontaktaufnahme seitens Sato Tours mit Mitteilung der Reiseabsage, hatte ich die komplette Rückzahlung am Konto, völlig unkompliziert. Ich würde nie mehr woanders oder gar selber im Internet buchen. (auf die Rücküberweisung meiner letzten Internetbuchung habe ich 5 Monate gewartet - nach unzähligen E-Mails und Telefonaten mit Hotel und Airline) Das tue ich mir in Zukunft bestimmt nicht mehr an und buche nur mehr bei Sato. Dort sitzen wirklich Reiseprofis und bieten ein Kundenservice, das seinesgleichen sucht. I am excited about this travel agency. I book with Sato regularly. So also my last planned trip to Spain. The trip was canceled due to the travel warning. Two days after Sato Tours contacted me and informed me that my trip was canceled, I had the complete repayment on the account, completely uncomplicated. I would never book anywhere else or even on the Internet myself. (I waited 5 months for my last internet booking to be transferred back - after countless emails and phone calls with the hotel and airline) I will definitely not do that to myself in the future and will only book with Sato. There really are travel professionals sitting there and they offer customer service that is second to none.
