Vor dem Förderantrag wurde telefonisch bei den zuständigen Mitarbeitern detailliert nachgefragt, ob im betreffenden Fall die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind, die Antwort war ein definitives ja. Nun wurde die Förderung abgelehnt, weil die Voraussetzungen angeblich nicht erfüllt sind - ein absoluter Widerspruch, vor allem angesichts der Tatsache, dass vor Voraussetzungen nachweisbar eben schon erfüllt sind. Reine Zeitverschwendung. Highly professional. Before the application for funding, the responsible employees were asked in detail whether the requirements were met in the case in question; the answer was a definite yes. Funding has now been rejected because the prerequisites are allegedly not met - an absolute contradiction, especially given the fact that prerequisites have already been met. Pure waste of time.

Die Wartezeiten innerhalb des Ablaufs sind ebenfalls gut, es gibt zudem Unterhaltung durch Personal wenn man es in Anspruch nimmt. Es wird nur nicht gerne gesehen wenn man sich mit anderen Kunden unterhält (was nur geht wenn man zu früh ist oder der Ablauf bei einem verzögert ist) ^^ Good organization and location, so a pleasantly configurable flow is possible, as you can carry out without delay, with or without customers / partners etc., people are kept busy. The waiting times within the process are also good, there is also entertainment by staff if you take advantage of it. It is just not welcomed when you talk to other customers (which is only possible if you are too early or the process is delayed) ^^

Ihrer Meinung bedeutet Digitalisierung, wenn man eine Analoguhr gegen eine Digitaluhr austauscht. Extremely unprofessional, incompetent and unfriendly. Most embarrassing, however, is the completely wrong understanding of DIGITALIZATION. In their opinion, digitization means replacing an analog clock with a digital clock.
