But today, when I came with my wife and we were in the dressing room, we didn’t close the curtains, I chose shorts and my wife sat next to me because she was tired and a store employee came up to us and demanded that we show him our backpacks. I was very surprised and did not believe in his request, but he said that he wanted to see what was in our backpacks. And he began to check everything like a warden. I have not seen him check anyone else besides us. It was terribly unpleasant to experience such discrimination. I do not think that such an attitude towards you clients may be acceptable. And it would be very good if you explained to your employees that you cannot judge a person by his appearance, that this is not right. In the meantime, both my family and I will choose another store.
