★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben über TUI bei ETI für 10 Tage einen Urlaub in Ägypten gebucht. Das Hotel was TUI ausgewählt hat, war eine absolute Katastrophe. Dreckig, Schmutzig, unfreundliches (Trinkgeldgieriges) Personal und sch*** Essen. Leider hatten wir auch mit dem Magen zu tun und sind unten nicht zur Reiseleitung gegangen. Dies war unser Fehler und deshalb gibts anscheinend kein entgegenkommen.
Von einem Reisebüro erwarte ich, dass keine Baufälligen Hotels ausgewählt werden. Abgesehen davon war das Angebot überteuert. Andere Gäste haben für die gleiche Zeit nur die Hälfte gezahlt.
We have booked through TUI at ETI for 10 days a holiday in Egypt. The hotel what TUI selected, was an absolute disaster. Dirty, Dirty, unfriendly (tip greedy) staff and nice food. Unfortunately, we had to deal with the stomach and have not gone down to the tour guide. This was our mistake and therefore apparently no accommodating.
From a travel agency, I expect that no dilapidated hotels are selected. Apart from that, the offer was overpriced. Other guests only paid half for the same time.
