J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne vergeben! Ich bekam meinen Verlobungsring von dieser Filiale, dieser musste vergrößert werden. Nach nicht nur einem Monat vorsichtigem!! Tragen, brach dieser auf der Rückseite, wir bekamen keine Info was mit dem Ring passiert. Aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation, kontaktierte ich ich sie per Email. Trotz der angegebenen Auftragsnummer konnte mir keiner weiterhelfen!! Wir wissen nach wie vor nicht wo der Ring ist, da niemand erreichbar ist! Das war bestimmt das erste und letzte Mal in dieser Filiale dass wir einen Kauf tätigten. Von unserem Stammjuwelier sind wir anderes gewöhnt, war ein Fehler nicht diesen konsultiert zu haben. Wear, this broke on the back, we got no information what happens to the ring. Due to the current situation, I contacted them via email. Despite the given order number nobody could help me !! We still don't know where the ring is, because nobody can be reached! It was definitely the first and last time in this branch that we made a purchase. We are used to other things from our regular jeweler, it was a mistake not to have consulted them.

Man sagt, dass die Uhr nicht mehr im Sortiment ist und sagt, dass es nicht mehr deren Problem ist. Nie wieder Edit: Die Uhr is nicht einmal 3 Jahre alt November 2017 gekauft.(siehe Beleg) Außerdem ist ihre Antwort an Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Die Uhr war bereits bei Tissot letztes Jahr und das Problem ist wieder aufgetreten. Somit muss es sich hier um eine fehlerhafte Uhr handeln, die verpfuscht oder nicht rechtmäßig gelagert worden ist. Fakt ist, dass Ihr Laden keine Kompetenz bietet und Mitarbeiter unterqualifiziert sind. Außerdem verbreiten sie Unwahrheiten über Kunden, obwohl Kunde König ist:) Wir kaufen nie wieder und der Laden sollte nicht mehr im Atrio vertreten sein. Schönen Tag wünsche ich Ihnen. Die Aussagen der 2 Verkäuferinnen waren eine bodenlose Frechheit! Von es geht nicht bis ach ja sie wollen ihn ja tragen! Nein ich heirate damit mein Ring in der Schublade liegt! ??? wollten einfach nicht helfen! Gut in einen anderes Schmuckgeschäft (ja ohne Werkstatt dabei) Sofort haben sie es an genommen und meinen Ring zum Verkleinern gesendet und das noch sehr sehr günstig obwohl dort nicht gekauft! Hab bei Goldwelt schon viel gekauft und sehr viel Geld dort gelassen! Tja das war’s - nie mehr!!! Kauft lieber dort wo das Service auch passt!!! No recommendation!!!! Die Auskunft das die Garantie nach dem Öffnen der Uhr verfällt, kam von der Goldwelt Mitarbeiterin selbst! Auch handelt es sich nicht um eine billige Uhr aus Messing sondern um eine Edelstahluhr! Es zeigt deutlich, dass Goldwelt negative Bewertungen nicht ernstnimmt und die Sachlage prüft, sondern lediglich den Kunden verunglimpft! Ich werde selbstverständlich nie wieder in diesem Geschäft Kunde sein und warne auch in meinem Bekanntenkreis! Es gibt in Villach genügend andere Schmuckgeschäfte! Ein "Juwelier" der nicht einmal eine Uhrenbatterie tauschen kann!! Ich habe die Batterie meiner Uhr bei der Goldwelt im Atrio Villach tauschen lassen. Für diese kleine Routinearbeit werden stolze 15 Euro verlangt. Als ich die Uhr zuhause tragen will, fällt der Metalldeckel der Rückseite der Uhr ab. Diese wurde nach dem Batteriewechsel schlampig verschlossen und ist nicht richtig eingerastet! Bei der Reklamation wurde extrem unfreundlich reagiert, die Verkäuferin meinte nur "das kann mal passieren", obwohl die Garantie der Uhr verfallen ist, weil das Gehäuse geöffnet wurde und eine nachhaltige Beschädigung der Uhr durch die Mitarbeiterin von Goldwelt nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, gab es keinen Ersatz der Kosten und keine ernstgemeinte Entschuldigung! When I want to wear the watch at home, the metal cover on the back of the watch falls off. This was sloppy closed after changing the battery and is not properly locked! The reaction to the complaint was extremely unfriendly, the seller only said "that can happen", although the guarantee on the watch has expired because the case was opened and permanent damage to the watch by the Goldwelt employee cannot be ruled out no reimbursement of costs and no serious apology!

Wenn es ein Problem gab ( Uhrarmband einmal zu groß dann wieder zu klein, Batterie wechsel, ältere Uhr funktionierte nicht mehr...) wurde mir immer geholfen oder eine Lösung gefunden. Diese Filiale kann ich sehr Empfehlen. I have been a gold world customer in Villach for years. Very friendly, helpful workers. I've always been given good advice. Whether it's jewelry or watches. If there was a problem (watch strap once too big then too small again, battery change, older watch no longer worked...) I was always helped or a solution found. I can highly recommend this branch.
