Wir waren um 1725Uhr im Reisebüro und mussten aufgrund eines anderen Pärchen warten. Als diese um 1802 Uhr fertig waren erklärte uns "die nette Dame"?? das sie jetzt schließen. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN DIESES REISEBÜRO This one star is very exaggerated, because not even this famous customer service of ÖBB came to light. Ich musste damals wirklich meine Zahlungsbestätigung ausdrucken und konnte sie ihr nicht am Handy zeigen, als ich dann mit dem ausgedruckten Papier kam, durfte ich das dann wieder mit nach Hause nehmen. Ist ja wohl eine Frechheit, so eine Papierverschwendung. The staff is partly friendly. I really had to print out my payment confirmation at the time and could not show it to her on my mobile phone. When I came with the printed paper, I was allowed to take it home again. It's probably an impudence, such a waste of paper.
P	Paul Wiener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bewertung richtet sich an den EC113 wo mich und meinen Kollegen ein ÖBB-Mitarbeiter mit langem, grauen Haar bemault hat. Wegen jeder Kleinigkeit (Keine Maske auf am Tisch im Speisewagen obwohl wir mit Maske ja schwer essen konnten) hat uns dieser Mitarbeiter angeschnautzt. Dieses Verhalten bei dem Ticketpreis ist absolut nicht zu dulden!!! Ich hoffe Sie bekommen diese Probleme in den Griff da ich als Reisender sehr viel Geld Ausgeben muss und dann auch erwarte anständig behandelt zu werden! Die Fahrt davor war in der Deutschen Bahn wo die Mitarbeiter aber um Welten freundlicher waren! This evaluation is aimed at the EC113 where an ÖBB employee with long, gray hair complained about me and my colleague. Because of every little thing (no mask on the table in the dining car even though it was difficult to eat with a mask) this employee snapped at us. This behavior with the ticket price is absolutely not to be tolerated! I hope you can get these problems under control because I have to spend a lot of money as a traveler and then expect to be treated properly! The trip before that was in the Deutsche Bahn where the employees were worlds friendlier!

Were en route from Spittal to St. Veit by bike in the Railjet. Very unfriendly conductor. Great rail offer. Personnel not worthy for this job.
