★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratungsfreie Zone. Bin extra von Spital direkt von der Piste hingefahren um mit eine neue Snowboard-Ausrüstung zu kaufen. Leider weder Hilfe noch Beratung im Shop anzutreffen, obwohl eigentlich sehr gute Auswahl. Dann wird’s wohl doch wieder Amazon werden. Schade eigentlich.
Advice-free zone. I drove straight from the slope to the hospital to buy new snowboard equipment. Unfortunately, neither help nor advice can be found in the shop, although actually a very good selection. Then it will be Amazon again. Too bad.

Shop really appealed to me from the selection and appearance. However, we noticed an employee with disinterest and there was practically no consultation at all.

Not interested in selling even though no one was in the store. Trade doesn't seem to have any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein paar Ski mit Bindung gekauft und während der 5. Fahrt ist ein Teil meiner Bindung aus dem Ski heraugerissen. Zum Gück ist mir nichts passiert, weil es nur ein kleiner Sprung war. Da der Ski fast neu war, habe ich bei der Hotline angerufen und der Typ am Telefon bietet mir einen 20€ Gutschein an. Am nächsten Tag gehe ich in den Shop, um mich zu beschweren und der Mitarbeiter entschuldigt sich und sagt er schickt den Ski in die Reklame und dass dies 4-6 Wochen dauern kann. Eine Frechheit! Das Vertrauen in den Ski ist weg und es kann jederzeit die andere Bindung auch ausbrechen also bringt eine Reparatur auch nichts. Der Winter ist für mich fast vorbei, weil meine Ski jetzt weg sind.
Nie wieder kaufe ich hier ein.
Bought a couple of skis with bindings and during the 5th ride part of my binding was torn off the ski. Fortunately, nothing happened to me because it was just a small jump. Since the ski was almost new, I called the hotline and the guy on the phone offers me a € 20 voucher. The next day I go to the shop to complain and the employee apologizes and says he is advertising the ski and that this can take 4-6 weeks. An impudence! Confidence in the ski is gone and the other binding can break at any time, so repairing it won't do anything. Winter is almost over for me because my skis are gone now.
I will never shop here again.
