Personal versteht nicht, dass der Kunde der König ist und EBEN NICHT das Personal selbst. Staff rather unfriendly, wanted to have two old brooches valued, were very condescending and treated like supplicants. Personnel do not understand that the customer is king and NOT the personnel themselves.

I was at your branch in Villach today on Saturday and I have to say, super nice sellers and a great selection! I felt very comfortable.

Kundenbetreuung gibt es offenbar keine für junge Erwachsene. Die sehen uns nie wieder. Selection not particularly large, we were also ignored by the 2 older salespeople probably only one other customer was in the shop. There is apparently no customer care for young adults. They'll never see us again.

Das ist Diskriminierung und Nötigung und widerspricht nicht nur humanistischen Grundsätzen sondern verstößt auch gegen nationale und internationale Regeln. Dieses Geschäft ist auch nach der Pandemie zu boykottieren. Last week, a lady in the Dorotheum Villach denied me entry despite the medical mask exemption. That is discrimination and coercion and not only contradicts humanistic principles but also violates national and international rules. This business should also be boycotted after the pandemic.
