Scheinbar ist die Firma Sonderhof nicht auf das Geld von normalen Leuten angewiesen. Einfach nur schlimm.... Didn't want to mount the sink in the kitchen .... In unserem Fall ist in unserem EFH die Duschwand zu spät gekommen, da wir mit Weihnachten einziehen mussten, ist uns kurzfristig ein prov. Duschstange inkl. Vorhang montiert worden. Erstens ist diese Firma organisatorisch nicht dazu fähig die bestellte Ware an einem Tag zu liefern, sondern 2Termine brauchen mit einem Zeitabstand von 6Wochen. Da ich aber keine 2 unnötige Urlaubstage konsumieren wollte und die Wohnung leer stand, habe ich im Vertrauen den Schlüssel dem Mitarbeiter der Fa. Sonderhof ausgehändigt. Dieser Mitarbeiter hat aber den Schlüssel nach dem ersten Termin ins Postfach geschmissen, ohne mir dieses Bekannt zu geben. Wir hatten uns ausgemacht, dass sie den Schlüssel nach dem 2.Termin in den Postkasten reinwerfen. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Entstandene Kosten für mich 1500€. Ich muss die Zylinderschlösser der Wohnungstür, 2Gartentüren, Kellertür und das Postfachschloss austauschen. Keiner in diesem Unternehmen ist sich einer Schuld bewusst, geschweige dieses Problem zu lösen. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent, preferably the FINGER AWAY from this company. Firstly, this company is organizationally not able to deliver the ordered goods in one day, but need 2 appointments with an interval of 6 weeks. But since I did not want to consume 2 unnecessary vacation days and the apartment was empty, I trustingly handed the key to the Sonderhof employee. However, this employee threw the key in the mailbox after the first appointment without informing me. We agreed that they would put the key in the mailbox after the second appointment. Long story short. Costs incurred for me 1500 €. I have to replace the cylinder locks on the apartment door, 2 garden doors, cellar door and the post office box lock. No one in this company is aware of any guilt, let alone solving this problem.
