Das Personal ist mitunter etwas unfreundlich oder kurz angebunden, bedenkt man aber das zuweilen unverschämte Publikum, die unerzogenen Kinder, dann verstehe ich das sehr gut und gebe trotzdem gerne 5 Sterne. You can really find everything there for school and office, from the printer to the paper clip, from the children's birthday to the passing of the heirloom. The staff is sometimes a bit rude or short, but considering the sometimes outrageous audience, the unkempt children, then I understand that very well and still give 5 stars.
T	T Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute, den 06.05.19 um 14:40 beim Pagro, um mir Schreibzubehör zu kaufen. Während ich versuchte den passenden Spitzer auszuwählen, kam eine schwarz gekleidete, bisschen größere Dame (Mitarbeiterin) zu mir und sagte, dass ich die Spitzer nicht öffnen darf, obwohl sie nicht eingepackt waren. Auf die Antwort, dass ich nachsehen will, ob es ein Edelstahl-Spitzer oder nicht, kam ohne Begründung die Antwort, dass ich nicht in die Spitzer sehen darf und alles auf dem Etikett steht (stimmt nicht). Ich habe sie einfach nicht mehr beachtet und weitergemacht. Beim nächsten Mal hole ich meine Schreibsachen von wo anders oder direkt bei Amazon. Ich lasse mich von einem unfreundlichen Personal nicht bei meiner Entscheidungsfindung behindern. Was today, the 06.05.19 at 14:40 at the Pagro to buy me writing accessories. While I tried to pick the right sharpener, a black-clad, slightly larger lady (employee) came to me and said that I can not open the sharpener, although they were not packed. On the answer that I want to look, whether it is a stainless steel sharpener or not, came without reason the answer that I can not look into the sharpener and everything is written on the label (not true). I simply did not pay attention to them and continued. Next time I get my writing from where else or directly from Amazon. I am not hindered by an unfriendly staff in my decision-making.

Da sagte sie mir ich soll sie in Ruhe lassen, denn das hat sie letzte Woche jeden Tag gemacht(den Leuten zeigen wo die Sachen sind).??? So eine soll doch in einem Zoo, arbeiten, dort kann sie so reden... 14.09. 2020: I went in and asked a saleswoman for help, as I was looking for a folder for my son. C	Christine Matura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich und jetzt mein Erw.Sohn gehen seit Jahren in diese PAGRO Filiale... sie haben sehr viel Auswahl von Büroartikel Kalender sehr viele Schulartikel auch wunderschöne Fůllfeder für Erwachsene usw... wir wurden immer freundlich begrůßt u wenn wir etwas nicht gefunden haben...sofort lieb gesagt wo ich es finde od es ging wer mit u zeigte es mir...besonders die Filialleiterin ist sehr freundlich...aber wie man sagt.. wie man in den Wald ruft kommt es zurück..habe Kunden u ihre Kinder erlebt die Orginal Packung aufrissen...u es nicht kauften..u dann sehr unfreundlich waren..wer kauft die Waren wenn sie offen ist... außerdem ist meistens 1Produkt offen zum Anschauen u Originale zum Kaufen..ich komme sehr gerne zu diesen PAGRO immer Freundlich nett sehr viel Waren u sehr sauber ?‍♀️??⭐ I and now my adult son have been going to this PAGRO branch for years ... they have a wide range of office supplies, calendars, a lot of school supplies, including beautiful fountain pens for adults, etc ... we were always greeted warmly and if we didn't find something. .. immediately said dearly where I find it od it went who with u showed it to me ... especially the branch manager is very friendly ... but as they say .. how to call in the forest it comes back .. have customers u Her children experienced the original pack torn open ... u didn't buy it..u were then very unfriendly..who buys the goods when it is open ... also there is usually 1 product open to look at u originals to buy..I come very much happy to this PAGRO always friendly nice a lot of goods and very clean ?‍♀️??⭐
