Die kennen sich aufjedenfall gut aus, sind ehrlich, freundlich und die Preise sind fair. I came here for the first time to throttle. Since then, I've always come here when it comes to bikes. They definitely know their way around, are honest, friendly and the prices are fair.

Ich wurde wenn erforderlich immer zeitgerecht telefonisch bezüglich des weiteren Vorgehens gefragt. Bei einem Bauteil wurde ich sofort über die Lieferverzögerung informiert und dennoch wurde jenes Bauteil 2 Wochen vor dem eigentlichen Liefertermin einfach wo anders besorgt. Vielen Dank, Gerne Wieder! :) Very professional flexible workshop with friendly staff. If necessary, I was always asked in good time over the phone about how to proceed. In the case of a component, I was immediately informed about the delay in delivery, and yet that component was simply procured somewhere else 2 weeks before the actual delivery date. Thank you very much, anytime again! :)

Kundenfreundlichkeit wird nicht gerade großgeschrieben, sowie eine gewisse Betriebsblindheit herrscht leider auch. Im Großen und Ganzen gib das drei von fünf möglichen Sternen von mir. The shop has been around for years and there seem to be enough orders, which shows that they already know what they are doing. Customer friendliness is not very important, and unfortunately there is also a certain operational blindness. On the whole, that gives me three stars out of five.

Insgesamt hat es 45 Minuten gedauert (kleine Arbeiten waren notwendig). Ich habe die ganze Zeit zusehen und Fragen stellen dürfen. Wahnsinnig kompetent, transparent und freundlich. Mich haben sie als fix-Kunden gewonnen! I went there because of the badge. I received a friendly welcome and my motorcycle was immediately examined for the first time. It took a total of 45 minutes (small work was necessary). I was allowed to watch the whole time and ask questions. Extremely competent, transparent and friendly. They have won me as a fixed customer!

Reparatur minderwertig bei der sitz Befestigung wurden holzklötze verbaut(professional) , extrem lange Wartezeit total unzuverlässig war 3 mal dort um mein bike abzuholen Chef ließ sich verleugnen NIE WIEDER DIESE WERKSTATT

Die Dame und dir Jungs machen das Top. A great workshop for me The Tom‘s Bike Service team has looked after me excellently since I moved here. Importing my motorcycle, small and large services, always good advice and fair prices, not always the cheapest, but performance and price are completely the same. The lady and you guys make the top.
