Die junge und übergewichtige Empangsdame nahm mein ecard entgegen und verschwindete ohne meine Daten einzutragen, im Arztzimmer. Nach 10 min saß sie vor mir und eine andere übergewichtige und junge Dame übernahm. Am Ende saßen 4 Damen und haben nichts unternommen. Nach 15 min warten habe ich mein ecard zurückgefordert und bin weggegangen. Nie wieder. Aber egal, wie schlecht man die Ärzte benotet, es gibt anscheinend zu wenige und die machen trotzdem immer ein Gecshäft leider.... Was there today and there was a lot going on. The young and overweight receptionist took my ecard and disappeared into the doctor's room without entering my data. After 10 minutes she sat in front of me and another overweight and young lady took over. In the end 4 women sat and did nothing. After waiting 15 minutes, I reclaimed my ecard and left. Never again. But no matter how badly you grade the doctors, there are apparently too few and they always do business unfortunately ....

Unfreundlich und die Patienten werden leider nach Ihrem Ermessen zur Ärztin gelassen, habe dort schon in mehrere Stunden verbracht, obwohl ich nur eine Krankensstandsbestätigung gebraucht hab was in zwei Minuten erledigt war. Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur wegen der Ärztin die Damen am Empang würden gar keinen bekommen. The doctor is competent and nice. The ordination aids impossible. Unfriendly and the patients are unfortunately left at their discretion to the doctor, have spent there in several hours, although I have only needed a confirmation of sickness which was done in two minutes. The second star is only because of the doctor the ladies at Empang would not get any.

Wenn sie auch abheben lassen sie dich warten. Sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell The doctor is nice, but your employees are impossible, you call, lift, do not take off, put you on the floor. If they take off too they keep you waiting. Very rude and unprofessional

Ich habe angerufen um eine Frage zu stellen, wahrscheinlich ist das auch verboten. Ich würde wollen, dass ich meinem Hausarzt alles frage ohne dass ich gleich angegriffen werde und man hat mir nicht einmal zuhört. Ich konnte die Frage nicht einmal stellen. Ich würde die Ärztin sofort darum bitten diese Sekretäre zu entlassen, sonst werden Sie noch mehrere Patiente verlieren. Ich wollte mich dort anmelden, aber nie nie nie nie würde ich das nachdem tun!!! Einfach nur schade Actually 0 stars, if it were possible! The secretaries are so unfriendly and attack the patient like that. I called to ask a question, it's probably also forbidden. I would want me to ask my family doctor everything without being attacked right away and nobody even listened to me. I couldn't even ask the question. I would ask the doctor to discharge these secretaries immediately, otherwise you will lose several more patients. I wanted to register there, but never never never never would I do that after !!! Just a shame

Meine Tante schilderte mir das sie trotz starken Schmerzen mit einer Terminvergabe für den nächsten Tag nach Hause geschickt worden sei. Daraufhin habe ich angerufen und da fing die diskussion schon an. Ich war weder laut noch unfreundlich, wollte nur den Grund wissen warum sie weggeschickt wurde trotz Schmerzen und das sie sich damit sogar strafbar machen. Daraufhin wurde ich angezickt das ich mich nicht aufregen solle. Letztendlich waren wir dort mussten eine Stunde warten auf ein EKG obwohl nichts los war. Jetzt kommt aber sie Krönung. Die Ärztin geht raus aus ihrem Zimmer und sagt in Mundart "Es ist schon halb und es sitzen immer noch viele Leute da". Ich dachte ich höre falsch. Abgesehen davon das sie nicht mal grüßt oder sonst was. Da würde ich niemals freiwillig hingehen niemals. I don't even know where to start. My aunt told me that despite severe pain, she had been sent home with an appointment for the next day. Then I called and the discussion started. I was neither loud nor unfriendly, just wanted to know the reason why she was sent away despite the pain and that she was even making herself liable to prosecution. Then I was teased that I shouldn't get upset. In the end we were there and had to wait an hour for an EKG even though nothing was going on. But now it's the crowning glory. The doctor goes out of her room and says in dialect "It's already halfway and there are still a lot of people sitting there". I thought I was hearing wrong. Apart from the fact that she doesn't even say hello or anything. I would never go there willingly.

Personally, I am very satisfied with the Frau Doktor and her team. They are not racist like some other ordinations in Vienna ...

Die Damen kennen nicht mal den Unterschied zwischen einer Krankmeldung und einer krankenbestätigung. Nehmen frech andere dran obwohl man einen Termin hat. Und das unverschämteste ist das man nicht richtig untersucht wird und man meint in 7 Wochen soll man 28 kg abnehmen. Dann noch die Tonart macht die Musik. Und man wird regelrecht unmenschlich behandelt weil man Österreicherin ist I'm really dissatisfied with the doctor and its employees. The ladies do not even know the difference between a sick leave and an sickness confirmation. Take Naughty Other Though you have an appointment. And the outrageous thing is not properly examined and you mean in 7 weeks you should decrease 28 kg. Then the key makes music. And you are really treated inhumane because you are austrian
