A good hotel that falls short on services in some areas. The rooms are large with nice bathroom. Great views of the surrounding areas. Our room had stains all over the carpet (not sure why these wouldn’t have been steam cleaned). Room air circulation and air conditioning are poor. Even on full air conditioning the room was pretty warm. We had a kitchenette in ours and had to ask 3 times for more than one set of plates and cutlery. We were told a set of 4 would be brought in and it never was. Eventually my husband spoke with the bar host and he got us the plates and cutlery. House cleaning never refilled our soaps or lotions (we were there for 8 nights) and we eventually had to take them off the house cleaning cart ourselves. The breakfast was great and we are very glad we included that with our stay. Pillows are very flat, beds are on the harder side but ok. The restaurant in the lobby has a small and not very interesting menu although what we had from their tasted fine. Overall I’m giving this hotel a 3 as they missed on a number of services that even more basic hotel chains seem to get right.

Just excellent all round really. It's a new building so as you would expect everything is in great shape. Clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds and great showers. Room was a touch warm for my tastes but nothing an open window can't solve. Only real downside was that they don't really have a gym. A treadmill and a bike don't count. But the sauna/steam facilities on the top floor are excellent. Staff service was great too. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of high quality foods. Bistro/restaurant has a limited menu but the food is tasty, well prepared and portion sizes just right. It's located outside of central Innsbruck but the centre is only a short taxi ride away. Easy to walk it as well in my opinion...walk off all the great food available in the city centre!!!

This hotel is the best of all 8 places of lodging I used in my recent european trip. It seems its advantage comes from the corporate standard the chain imposed on each of its hotels. Most of the other places of lodging I used are independently owned. The room and building appear new and modern. The room is spacious and clean. It is the only one of the eight that had air conditioning in the room. For a summer night I had a very good night of sleep because of that. There is plenty of choices for the breakfast. I wanted to save the parking fee so I asked the front desk for advice on street parking. I was given very detailed instructions and tips. It is also the only one of the eight places where the front desk asked how my stay was and anything could be improved. Everything went right.

Plenty of bus stops nearby. Lovely bar, great atmosphere. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. Lovely beds. The shower is great but had a few issues trying to heat it up at first. Should make it clearer to guests that you have to fiddle with the settings first.

Rooms are clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good and good location. BUT the room temperature was ridiculous warm at night! the hotel turns the Air Conditioning off at night (the controls in the room mean nothing), every night at approx 11:30 I would wake in a sweat! Ramada; please listen people generally pay for a hotel (and it wasn't cheap) to have a good place to sleep (at night) by changing the temperature once we fall asleep just to be woken up by the heat is unacceptable! you can't open the windows more than 8 cm (4 inches), and if you do it shuts the ventilation to the hotel and the noise is too much from the cars. When i talk about my vacation in Innsbruck all i remember is the sleepless nights. I was going to give an over all of 3 stars when i started writing the review, but now only 2 stars because sleep is sooooo important!!!

Visited some years ago. The rooms were perfect and clean. High class. Breakfast was amazing! It's located quite far from the city center but if you have a car or prefer to use a bus, it's ok. Breathtaking view from the top floor! Recommend.

Great hotel with all the things you need. The room was great. We were on the 10th floor so we had a good view. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not really working, it couldn't cool the room anyway. Breakfast is served on the 12th floor, and they have a terrace with a panoramic view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. The staff was very helpful with all our questions etc. Underground car park is also a plus. It is however located pretty far from the city center. By foot it's about 15-20mins. But there is also a bus stop pretty close.

The hotel has a great location in Innsbruck and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful, as I have never experienced! Also the wellness area with steam bath and sauna is excellent! The breakfast buffet has a great selection and everything you could want! The staff is very helpful and fulfills all wishes if possible! What I am personally very pleased that the owner always greets his guests himself and is also available for a personal exchange! For me personally it is the best hotel I have experienced so far in Innsbruck! I will come again in the future and look forward to the possible partnership Thom Nievergelt Damen Nationalteamtrainer des ÖFBV Women Head Coach Austrian Floorball Association
