The location is a walk to the shopping centre, 17 minutes’ walk to old city, 15 minutes to the train station and a 12 minute drive to the airport. The staff were absolutely fantastic especially the lady at breakfast, she was extremely professional and caring. The room I had on the 3rd floor was very comfortable, a little dated but well appointed. The mini bar is public located on each floor. The restaurant is superb!

N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in one of their apartments for 2 weeks. The location, in the heart of Innsbruck was perfect and very quiet. The apartment itself was perfect, clean, big, with all the amenities and quiet (just some more dishes and a coffee machine would have been really great, but still I managed without). The service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The parking place was covered, so that was great (15€ per day) and directly accessible to the apartment with a lift. However the entrance (and exit) of the parking is very narrow, so watch out! because I scratched one of my rearview mirror :-/ All in one I had a lovely stay here in Innsbruck, and really recommend their breakfast also.
F	Fatima Madani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked it for 4 nights in the month of July. The location was away from the center of the city but easily commuted by the tram or a long walk. The apartment was big and very modern and minimalist. It was very well furnished with all the amenities needed. The small kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom floor was dusty and not clean and the bedsheets were old and grainy. The rest however was perfectly clean and spot on. It was a good stay.

Location is near public transport or about 15 min by foot (max) away from altstadt. They gave us a welcome card (for staying 3 nights) which covered public transport and a cable car to Oberperfuss mountain. Breakfast was quite rich and good quality. The staff was very kind, helpfull and welcoming. Room was large enough, also the bed was large and they cleaned every day. We were fully satisfied. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

The hotel is very well kept, have private closed parking with quiet and nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is fine. The wellness area is all new and very attractive. A fine hotel for a stay in Innsbruck
