Für jedes Tier ein Glück, in dieser Klinik behandelt zu werden! Patients are treated very competently and lovingly, everything is fully explained to the owners and in sad moments they are comfortably comforted. Fortunately for every animal to be treated in this clinic!
N	Nicole Mosgöller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kathrin Heun und ihr Team ist unbeschreiblich kompetent und wahnsinnig gut!!! Sie hat gestern meinem zweiten Hund mit einer Notoperation das Leben gerettet. Sowie 2017 bereits, bei meinem ersten Hund. Leider neigen Dobis zu Stress verbeißen und dann die Stücke zu schlucken. Darmverschluss, ist eine echt üble Sache. Aber, ich glaube ganz ganz fest an sie, Dr. Kathrin Heun!!! Dr. Kathrin Heun and her team are indescribably competent and incredibly good! Yesterday she saved the life of my second dog with an emergency operation. Just like in 2017 with my first dog. Unfortunately, Dobis tend to bite into stress and then swallow the pieces. Intestinal obstruction is a really bad thing. But, I really believe in you, Dr. Kathrin Heun !!!
K	Katharina Belle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind gestern von unserer Tierärztin in die Klinik überwiesen worden, da es unserer Katze sehr schlecht geht. Somit fuhren wir sofort los. Dort angekommen, wurden wir von Fr. Dr. Heun überaus unfreundlich empfangen, weil wir keinen Termin während Corona hatten (dachte eine KLINIK ist für NOTFÄLLE da und die sucht man sich nicht aus). Nachdem mein Mann noch im Wartezimmer in der Tierklinik Tulln angerufen hatte (aufgrund der Unfreundlichkeit und Vorwürfe, die wir uns anhören mussten), haben wir unsere Katze dorthin gebracht. Übrigens: Wer ein freundliches, kompetentes Team sucht, welches auch noch einfühlsam ist, sollte die Tierklinik Tulln wählen. Wir können auf Purkersdorf wahrlich verzichten! We were referred to the clinic by our vet yesterday because our cat is doing very badly. So we drove off immediately. Once there, we were greeted by Ms. Dr. Heun received an extremely unfriendly reception because we didn't have an appointment during Corona (thought a CLINIC is there for EMERGENCIES and you don't choose it). After my husband called the waiting room at the Tulln Animal Clinic (due to the rudeness and accusations that we had to listen to), we took our cat there. By the way: If you are looking for a friendly, competent team that is also sensitive, you should choose the Tulln Animal Clinic. We can truly do without Purkersdorf!

I have never experienced such an unfriendly and incompetent staff as there. Better not to go there unless it's really an emergency.

Nicht empfehlenswert was fachliche Kompetenz betrifft & noch dazu ist die Chefin der Klinik ( allerdings nur sie - das andere Personal ist sehr nett) total unfreundlich! Unfortunately, absolutely not a good experience! Not recommendable in terms of professional competence & the boss of the clinic (but only she - the other staff is very nice) is totally unfriendly!
B	Berni Schiebendrein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega unfreundliches personal ich darf nicht mal bei meinem im streben liegenden Hund bei der Behandlung dabei bleiben (eine Blutabnahme). Einfach lächerlich hier wenn es nicht ein Notfall wäre, würde ich hier keinen Cent ausgeben. Lieber paar minuten länger nach Wien fahren und besser behandelt werden. Mega unfriendly staff I'm not even allowed to stay with my dog who is striving for treatment (a blood draw). Just ridiculous here if it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't spend a penny here. Better to drive a few minutes longer to Vienna and be treated better.
R	Robert Novacsek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das gesamte Klinikpersonal ist immer höflich und nett. Auch die Notfallnummer funktioniert perfekt, auch wenn man spät in der Nacht anrufen muss. Das gesamte Team kümmert sich immer ausgesprochen liebevoll um seine Patienten. Man wird stets über Risiken und Nebenwirkungen bei den Behandlungen angesprochen und unsere mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Katzen fühlen sich in der Klinik sehr wohl! Wir kommen mit unseren Tieren immer wieder gerne! The entire clinic staff is always polite and nice. Also the emergency number works perfectly, even if you need to call late at night. The entire team always takes great care of their patients. You are always asked about the risks and side effects of the treatments and our cats, who are now getting on in years, feel very comfortable in the clinic! We love coming back with our animals!
