My cat is usually aggressive to Vets. Especially because of needles. But this time he was like a small silent kitten, who didn't even made a sound.

I was standing outside the Tierklinik Döbling 19:00 today, calling the emergency number written on the sign on the door outside, HAVING AN EMERGENCY!!! With my little dog and asking how I can come in. The lady asked my: “What is your problem”? I answered that I have an emergency and would like to come in. She said: well... you have to make an appointment! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent vet! Dr. Berger, Dr. Zulehner and the assistant were friendly, competent and compassionate. Our first experience here: We brought our small dog to remove broken teeth which our regular vet couldn't remove herself and we were so pleased with how our dog was cared for here. The procedure and recovery went smoothly with no complications. We also received very helpful advice for protecting our dog's teeth in the future, which shows that she really cares. Hopefully we won't have anymore emergencies like this or worse but if we do we will definitely put our trust in these vets again. We will absolutely bring our dogs for general veterinary care as well.
