F	Flo Dangl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute ohne Termin mit meinem Kaninchen am Samstag da. Obwohl Termine normalerweise notwendig sind wurde ich drangenommen. Ich musste nicht lange warten die Klinik ist klimatisiert, modern und sauber. Die Angestellten als auch der Dr. waren sehr freundlich. Alles wurde genau erklärt. Ich kenne mehrere Tierärzte in Wien und Umgebung. Für mich ist die Pfoten Tierklinik die Beste und ich werde wohl nie wieder zu einem anderen Tierarzt gehen. :) Was today without an appointment with my rabbit on Saturday. Although appointments are usually necessary, I was approached. I did not have to wait long the clinic is air conditioned, modern and clean. The employees as well as the dr. were very friendly. Everything was explained exactly. I know several veterinarians in Vienna and surroundings. For me, the paws veterinary clinic is the best and I'll probably never go to another vet. :)
S	Sylvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit über 6 Jahren Patient und sehr zufrieden mit der liebevollen und sehr kompetenten Betreuung. Die Beratung ist sehr ausführlich und verständlich. Der Herr Doktor nimmt sich immer viel Zeit. Obwohl Dr. Kroesen von der schulmedizinischen Seite kommt, ist er auch gerne bereit sich über Alternativen zu informieren. Auch als es mir einmal an einem Sonntag sehr schlecht ging, war binnen einer halben Stunde jemand für mich da. Das gesamte Team ist sehr kompetent, nett und zuverlässig. Ich fühle mich hier immer gut aufgehoben und komme gerne her und das ist wichtig bei uns Tieren. Von mir gibt's daher 5 Knochis als Bewertung und ja Qualität hat auch ihren Preis aber den zahlt meine Mama gern wenn es mir dafür schnell wieder gut geht. Gratulation an das gesamte Team ihr leistet tolle Arbeit und die ist nicht leicht mit Patienten die nicht reden können ?? I have been a patient for over 6 years and I am very satisfied with the loving and very competent care. The advice is very detailed and understandable. The doctor always takes a lot of time. Although Dr. Kroesen comes from the conventional medical side, he is also happy to find out about alternatives. Even when I was feeling very bad on a Sunday, someone was there for me within half an hour. The entire team is very competent, nice and reliable. I always feel that I am in good hands here and like coming here, and that is important for us animals. So I gave 5 Knochis as a rating and yes, quality also has its price, but my mom is happy to pay that if I'm fine again quickly. Congratulations to the whole team, you are doing a great job and it is not easy with patients who cannot talk ??

Ein spitzen Diagnostiker... kein Tier musste jemals leiden oder wurde je unnötig in Narkose gelegt. Vom Preis her nicht so billig.. das stimmt. Es ist aber auch eine Tierklinik und kein Haustierarzt! Sehr sehr kompetent... und ich bin immer und immer wieder zu ihm zurück. Er erklärt alles richtig Deppensicher was mich persönlich sehr beruhigt um verstehen zu können was jetzt das Problem ist und sagt grad aus was Sache ist. Das liebe ich an diesem Tierarzt... er ist sehr ums Tier besorgt und man hat das Gefühl das er meine Tiere alle lieb gewonnen hat. Ich persönlich kann die negativen Meldungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Team ist auch super lieb und nett.. Termine waren NIE ein Problem. Qualität hat nunmal seinen Preis und ich bin bei Gott nicht reich.! Macht euch euer eigenes Bild und diese Meldungen mit ich habe gehört erklär ich meinem Kind schon... glauben heißt nicht wissen. Die eigene Erfahrung zählt. Wünsche allen alles liebe und gute mit deinem Tier. Vergesst nicht das wir alle nur Menschen sind... Fehler können passieren. Aber diese Erfahrung habe ich in den ganzen Jahren nicht gemacht. ??❤️ I have now been with him with my 5 dog and my cat .. Personally, I can't complain. A great diagnostician ... no animal has ever suffered or been unnecessarily anesthetized. Not that cheap in terms of price .. that's right. But it's also a veterinary clinic and not a veterinarian! Very very competent ... and I come back to him over and over again. He explains everything really jerk-safe which personally calms me down to understand what the problem is now and says exactly what is going on. That's what I love about this vet ... he is very concerned about the animal and you have the feeling that he has grown fond of all of my animals. Personally, I cannot understand the negative reports. The team is also super nice and nice .. Appointments were NEVER a problem. Quality has its price and I'm not rich with God.! Make your own picture and I have heard these messages, I already explain to my child ... Believing does not mean knowing. Your own experience counts. I wish everyone all the best with your animal. Don't forget that we're all human ... Mistakes can happen. But I haven't had this experience in all of the years. ??❤️
u	uschi stiedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr kompetenter ehrlicher direkter Tierarzt der nach der Ursache gesucht und nicht gleich Medis verschreibt. Unser Hund hatte immer Durchfall dann löste sich die Darmschleimhaut regelmäßig ab er hatte Krämpfe epileptische Anfälle. Der vorheriger Tierarzt hat immer nur Schmerzmittel gespritzt. In der Pfoten Klinik wurde gleich einmal ein umfassendes Blutbild gemacht ein ordentliches Röntgen gemacht als es wieder auftrat ein Ultraschall Untersuchung. Ursache wurde gefunden, behandelt unser Hund ist seit circa einem halben Jahr beschwerdefrei. Danke Dr. Andreas Kroesen & Team. A very competent honest direct vet who looked for the cause and did not immediately prescribe medis. Our dog always had diarrhea, then the intestinal mucous membrane came off regularly and he had convulsions and epileptic fits. The previous vet only injected painkillers. In the Pfoten Clinic, a complete blood count was taken, a proper X-ray was taken when an ultrasound examination reappeared. The cause was found, our dog has been symptom-free for about six months. A	Andre Troja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der traut sich Tierarzt zu nennen und lässt Tiere nur leiden. Von einer bekannten habe ich schon einmal gehört das er total teuer und unfreundlich sei. Vor kurzen war dann eine Freundin von mir und sie mussten ihn einschläfern lassen, weil er nicht kompetent war um ihn richtig zu untersuchen. Und meine Mutter wollte noch unser Hund dort untersuchen lassen zum Glück waren wir woanders sonst hätten wir vielleicht für eine normal Untersuchung 900 Euro zahlen müssen. Geht dort nicht hin es ist besser so He dares to call himself a vet and only lets animals suffer. I heard from a well-known person that he was totally expensive and unfriendly. Recently there was a friend of mine and they had to put him to sleep because he was not competent to examine him properly. And my mother wanted to have our dog examined there, luckily we were somewhere else, otherwise we might have had to pay 900 euros for a normal examination. Don't go there, it's better that way

Wir kamen mit unserer kleinen 6 Monate alten Katze in die Klinik, da wir Gleichgewichtsprobleme festgestellt hatten, die sich innerhalb von Stunden drastisch verschlimmert hatten, bis sie kaum noch bei Bewusstsein war. In der Praxis wurde uns dann gesagt, dass sie kurz davor sei zu sterben und er sie über Nacht da behalten müsse. Er könne jedoch nicht garantieren, dass sie die Nacht überlebt. Kurz um: sie wurde bestens versorgt und war am nächsten Morgen schon wieder relativ fit! ☺️ Trotz der Nachricht, dass wir unsere kleine Katze vielleicht verlieren könnten, war ich doch sehr dankbar über die ehrliche Aufklärung. Dr. Kroesen hat ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet und ich bin froh einen neuen, so kompetenten und freundlichen Tierarzt gefunden zu haben. Und obwohl ich schon oft schlechte Erfahrungen mit männlichen Tierärzten gemacht habe, fahren wir gerne ans andere Ende von Wien, um unsere Maus dort durchchecken zu lassen. 400€ für die Nacht (inkl. mediz. Versorgung dort und danach) finde ich auch total angemessen, wenn man bedenkt, dass er um 4 Uhr morgens aufgewacht ist, um nach der Kleinen zu sehen! ? Ein riesiges Danke an ihn und sein Team, dass er unsere Maus von der Schwelle des Todes zurückgeholt hat!!! ?‍⬛?♥️? Honest - Competent - Friendly - Simply TOP !!! We came to the clinic with our little 6 month old cat after discovering balance issues that had gotten dramatically worse within hours until she was barely conscious. In practice we were then told that she was about to die and that he would have to keep her there overnight. However, he cannot guarantee that she will survive the night. In short: she was well looked after and was already relatively fit again the next morning! ☺️ Despite the news that we might lose our little cat, I was very grateful for the honest explanation. Dr. Kroesen did an excellent job and I am glad to have found a new, competent and friendly vet. And although I've often had bad experiences with male vets, we like to drive to the other end of Vienna to have our mouse checked out there. I find 400 € for the night (including medical care there and after) totally appropriate, considering that he woke up at 4 a.m. to check on the little one! ? A huge thank you to him and his team for bringing our mouse back from death's door! ?‍⬛? ♥ ️?

Ich habe noch nie einen Tierazt gesehen der so penetrant ,überheblich und frech ist und der einem gleich bevor er sich den Hund noch anschaut sagt wenn ich nicht alles genauso mache wie er das sagt soll ich mir einen anderen suchen nur weil ich sagte das mein Hund auf Grund einer Futtermilben Allergie kein Trockenfutter verträgt Ich bin mir vorgekommen wie der größe Trottel. Das habe ich als Kunde nicht nötig. Nein Danke Never again!! I have never seen a vet who is so pushy, arrogant and cheeky and who tells you before he even looks at the dog if I don't do everything exactly as he says I should look for another just because I said that my dog does not tolerate dry food due to a food mite allergy I felt like the big fool. As a customer, I don't need that. No thank you
