D	Dunja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn jemand da ist und eine Behandlung statt findet ist es super. Aber 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es für die "variablen" Zeiten - Termine fangen z.T. später an, enden früher. Kann auch sein dass man nach nicht Mal 20 Minuten Therapiezeit geht und dann eine halbe Stunde zahlt. Wobei sich das etwas relativiert, denn wenn man die 30 Minuten quasi in 20 unterbringt, wozu soll man noch 10 Minuten voreinander sitzen um die Zeit rumzubringen? Aber es fühlt sich dann trotzdem komisch an das zu bezahlen. Dass Termine verschoben und dann doch nicht eingehalten werden und niemand erreichbar ist, das ist leider auch schon passiert. Fazit: eine sympathische, gute Therapeutin - wenn sie da ist und Zeit hat. If someone is there and a treatment takes place it is great. But two-star deduction is available for the "variable" times - dates catch z.T. later, end earlier. It can also be that you do not even 20 minutes of therapy time and then pays half an hour. Which is somewhat relativized, because if you put the 30 minutes into 20, why should you sit 10 minutes in front of each other in order to pass the time? But it still feels weird to pay for it. That dates are postponed and then not respected and no one is reachable, that's unfortunately already happened. Conclusion: a sympathetic, good therapist - when she is there and has time.
M	Mo Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das hat insgesamt leider nicht gepasst. Die Einheiten waren auch bei mir kürzer als ausgemacht. Es wurde jedoch der volle Preis verrechnet. Hinzu kam, dass bei Beginn der Einheit ungf. 10 Minuten über das persönliche Leben der Therapeutin geredet wurde. Das Highlight war dann 10 Minuten über das Therapeutenleben reden – 20 Minuten Einheit - 45 Minuten wurden verrechnet. Das fand ich einfach unprofessionell und ich habe die Physiotherapie nach der dritten Einheit abgebrochen. All in all, that didn't fit. The units for me were shorter than agreed. However, the full price was charged. In addition, at the beginning of the unit approx. 10 minutes about the therapist's personal life. The highlight was then 10 minutes talking about the therapist's life - 20 minutes session - 45 minutes were charged. I just thought that was unprofessional and I stopped physiotherapy after the third session.
