A	Andreas Kospach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pampiges Personal an der Terminannahmestelle, musste 3 x anrufen und wurde jedes Mal vertröstet, dass man jetzt keine Zeit für mich habe, war 2 x persönlich dort und wurde weggeschickt. Zum Glück gab es einen Arzt, der hier beim 2. Mal gleich ein Arztgespräch anbot.(einziger Lichtblick) Personal an der Terminannahmestelle ist offensichtlich frustriert, man hat das Gefühl, mit seinem Anliegen nicht ernst genommen zu werden und wird wie eine Nummer behandelt. Selbst als Kassenpatient hat man sich etwas mehr Respekt verdient. Werde jetzt anderes Institut aufsuchen. Sloppy staff at the appointment reception point, had to call 3 times and was put off every time that there was no time for me now, was there twice in person and was sent away. Luckily there was a doctor who offered a doctor's consultation the second time. (Only ray of hope) Personnel at the appointment collection point are obviously frustrated, you have the feeling that your concern is not being taken seriously and is treated like a number. Even as a statutory health insurance patient, you have earned a little more respect. Will now visit another institute.

Am Telefon wird mir jedes mal mitgeteilt, dass sie jetzt keine Zeit für mich haben. Als ich persönlich dort war, konnte die Dame einen Termin auch nicht stornieren - keine Zeit. Die Behandlung, die 30 min dauern sollte, dauert eigentlich 15 min. Einige Therapeuten sind richtig grob. Ambiente ist einfach schirch... Es ist klar, dass man als Kassenpatient nicht viel erwarten darf. Solche Behandlung muss man sich aber auch nicht gefallen lassen. Do you really have to give a star? Reception staff extremely rude and sloppy. On the phone every time I'm told that they have no time for me now. When I was there personally, the lady could not cancel an appointment - no time. The treatment, which should take 30 minutes, actually takes 15 minutes. Some therapists are really rough. Ambience is simple ... It is clear that you can not expect much as a cash patient. You do not have to put up with such treatment either.
V	Victoria VicHot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ein sehr schwerer Fall, 36 Jahre alt aber der Körper einer 86 Jährigen. Habe schnell Termine bekommen auch sehr früh am Morgen. Man therapiert mich bestens, ich bin sehr Anspruchsvoll, war in meinem Leben auch schon bei sehr vielen Therapeuten. Der Therapeut Ingo ist top, kennt sich bestens aus und versucht mich zusammen zuflicken. Danke an Ihn und an das Team! Kann ich nur Empfehlen. I am a very serious case, 36 years old but the body of an 86 year old. Got appointments quickly, also very early in the morning. I am given the best therapy, I am very demanding, and have been to many therapists in my life. The therapist Ingo is great, knows his way around and tries to patch me up. Thanks to him and to the team! I can only recommend.
J	Julia H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ganz schreckliche Ordination! Optisch und das Ambiente sind grauenvoll, die Damen an der Rezeption sind extrem unfreundlich und inkompetent. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt wie die mit Patienten umgehen. Man merkt sie sind frustriert und es macht ihnen schon lange keine Freude mehr, nur bitte sollte das nicht am Patienten ausgelassen werden! Fand die Räumlichkeiten so schmuddelig, dass ich mir lieber wo anders eine Behandlung suche. Standard dort ist unterste Schublade! Der Arzt war wenigstens sehr freundlich. Very, very terrible ordination! Visually and the ambience are horrible, the ladies at the front desk are extremely unfriendly and incompetent. I have never seen anything like how they treat patients. You can tell they are frustrated and it hasn't been a pleasure for them for a long time, but please don't take it out on the patient! Found the premises so dingy that I would rather seek treatment elsewhere. Standard there is bottom drawer! At least the doctor was very friendly.

E	Eva fabbro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus excellent location, clean and friendly stuff, apart from receptionists. Minus: therapist work almost without break, so they are a bit tired. The ÖGK (state insurance) only pays 10 min of massage, and one can't buy more time in this place, so it's probably not worse the time to come just for those 10 min. There are also physiotherapist that are always overbooked so never get to try those.
