★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is fast and the coffee (the vienna coffee) is SO GOOD. The sachertorte was fresh and the whipped cream excellent. I did not like the hasselnusse cake as much but it was still okay. The mélange is definitely a must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked for a nice coffee shop in Vienna and struggled to find one! Ended up in Aida and my wife and I ordered a cappuccino and cake each. Both cappuccino's were lukewarm and when we asked about it were were told that's just the way it is... Hhmmm....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great terrace and confectionary but blond waitress was not so kind. Young waiters were kind and their service was efficient, however when our ice cream cup was ready and was left on the counter inside, nobody realized that it was there and a few min later had to go in to ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was not clean and the staff was very rude. We had one table at the terrace and were rudely welcomed. The cakes we chose were not tasty and felt like supermarket made. We would definitely not recommend going there.
