Wir sind super zufrieden, kaum wartezeiten schnelle Termine, alle super lieb inkl Telefonistinnen & nehmen sich sehr viel zeit fĂŒr ihre Patienten. Ich kann die Kinderpraxis mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
We are super satisfied, hardly any waiting times, quick appointments, everyone is super nice including the switchboard operators & take a lot of time for their patients. I can recommend the children's practice with a clear conscience!

Available on the weekend with 90€ add fee. Everybody is very friendly and nice here. What i didn’t like about my baby’s doctor that he wasn’t really committed to the baby for example i had to remind him about the vaccinations. And his experience wasn’t all that much.

This place started as a second-opinion Dr’s office for us and became a trusted pediatrician clinic. I used to consult with two doctors there and had very good impression of them. My children also liked them and the attitude. The reception is well-organized. Recommend.

This last week we visited this facility by appointment to see a paediatrician for our 9-month-old daughter. We waited for about an hour before being received and given a superficial examination without any in-depth focus which had been delayed for three months. Also, the doctor was supposed to be fluent in another language than German, but it turned out that she was not. To be on the safe side, we were given a business card at our request. Unfortunately, after two days (on a Friday), our daughter became ill and was suffering from a high fever: I became quite concerned and contacted the doctor, who informed me that she was on vacation and could not assist me. I was sent back to the center to find out what to do. Initially I was unable to speak with a doctor, but someone kindly called me back and told me that I should monitor the fever situation only, and lower it if needed. My daughter's situation worsened the following day, on a Saturday, and thus via e-mail I asked for the contact details of the doctor who had phoned me the previous day. Given that he was absent I again contacted the center twice. Initially I spoke to a secretary who, heedless of my concern and of the situation, gave me general reassurances and stated that, for the time being, I was not required to consult a physician. As my daughter's condition worsened even more, and her fever was very high despite the paracetamol, on my second contact I requested an urgent appointment with a physician. Sadly, I was told that they were very busy and that there would only be a possibility in 24 hours. After rushing my daughter to a hospital, she was observed for four hours, and after several examinations, she has been diagnosed with both a viral and bacterial infection, as well as prescribed various medications. My assessment of this paediatric centre is therefore extremely negative in a number of ways. It proved to be miserably poor from the professional, personal and medical standpoint. The handling of this case has been catastrophic and even dangerous to the child's health. You may make your own reflections and draw your own conclusions, but I do not recommend this centre to anybody.

The clinic is nice, location is central, and doctors are competent. However, it is not for the first time when we come and have to wait for more than 30 minutes. From a private clinic I would at least expect a call alerting that there is a waiting time. A solution from a reception lady is to go for a walk when it is freezing outside ?
