Gibt nix besseres überhaupt immer super Angebote und sie haben eigentlich alles was Ma brauchen kann, mir persönlich wäre es ein Anliegen das sie irgendwann a größeres Geschäft machen in Graz und noch mehr anbieten. Die Verkäufer sind mega nett dort. Sofort da und hilfsbereit. Der Herr der die Schläger spannt is Weltklasse kennt sich top aus. Also für mich gibt's kein besseres Geschäft mehr ,weder xxl sports oder Intersport hat so a tolle Auswahl wie Tennis Point. Wenns 10 Sterne geben würde würde ich die auch geben. ??? The best tennis shop in Austria. There is nothing better ever great deals and they actually have everything that Ma could need, personally it would be important to me that at some point they do a bigger business in Graz and more. The sellers are super nice there. Immediately there and helpful. The gentleman who cocks the rackets is world class and knows his way around. So there is no better business for me , neither xxl sports nor Intersport has such a great selection as Tennis Point. If there were 10 stars I would give them too. ???

Erklärung dazu vom Filial-Mitarbeiter: "Wenn Sie von der Shopping City Seiersberg Gutscheine kaufen, können Sie die auch nicht im Citypark einlösen." Vielen Dank für die hochkarätige Aufklärung. A voucher bought on tennis-point.at (AT !!!!) cannot be redeemed in the shop. Explanation from the branch employee: "If you buy vouchers from Shopping City Seiersberg, you cannot redeem them in Citypark either." Thank you for the top-class clarification.

Wenn man als Kunde mit einer fehlerhaften Ware in das Geschäft geht, erwartet man sich einen freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service. Stattdessen erhielten wir enttäuschenderweise das Gegenteil. Wir wurden mit unserem Anliegen gleich zu Beginn belächelt und für dumm verkauft. Anstatt der Hilfe, die wir uns von kompetenten Mitarbeitenden eigentlich erwartet hatten, wurden wir direkt abgewiesen. Ich finde es eine Frechheit so behandelt zu werden, so etwas muss man sich nicht bieten lassen, da der Fehler nicht an uns Kunden sondern eindeutig am Produkt lag. Das war mir jedenfalls eine Lehre, ich werde in Zukunft meine Produkte einfach bei der Konkurrenz einkaufen. Hasn't been so disappointed with customer service as in this company for a long time (both in-store and online). When you go into the store as a customer with faulty goods, you expect friendly and courteous service. Instead, disappointingly, we received the opposite. Right from the start, we were laughed at with our request and fooled. Instead of the help we had actually expected from competent employees, we were turned away straight away. I think it's a cheek to be treated like that, you don't have to accept something like that, because the fault was not due to us customers, but clearly to the product. In any case, that taught me that in the future I will simply buy my products from the competition.
