Terminvergabe war zeitnah und ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben bei den Untersuchungen. Tolles Team. Komme jederzeit gerne wieder. ? I went to MRI diagnostics twice this year and I can only say that I was very satisfied. Appointments were made promptly and I felt that I was in very good hands with the examinations. Great team. I would love to come back anytime. ?
B	Bianca Halb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute um 18:30 bestellt und trotzdem die Mitarbeiter/ innen sicher einen langen Tag hatten, waren alle freundlich zu mir. Ok, bisschen warten musdte ich, war aber nicht schlimm. Der junge Arzt/ Radiologe hat mich gut beraten und war geduldig, er hat sogar extra die Liege für mich umgebaut, weil ich Angstpatientin bin und es mit Kopf voraus wohl nicht geschafft hätte. Mein Mann war auch dabei, durfte mit rein und sagte auch, dass hier alles super geklappt hat. I was ordered at 6:30 p.m. today and even though the staff was sure to have a long day, everyone was friendly to me. Ok, I had to wait a bit, but it didn't matter. The young doctor / radiologist gave me good advice and was patient, he even converted the lounger especially for me because I am an anxious patient and would probably not have made it head first. My husband was there too, was allowed in and also said that everything went really well here.
J	Jürgen G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kalte MR Akteurin vom ersten Wort weg, man wird nicht menschlich behandelt wie es normal in ärzlichen Einrichtungen üblich ist. Und dann auch noch beim MR machen für Tennisarm: 10 Minuten äußerst unangenehm am Bauch liegend mit dem Arm nach vorgestreckt wo die Handfläche nach oben gerichtet ist. Dabei mußte ich ständig die Muskel anspannen um irgendwie so liegen bleiben zu können und ohne möglichst sich zu bewegen. Es wurde auch nicht empfohlen, wie man erträglicher liegen könnte um es gut zu überstehen, das ist Tatsache auch wenn hier sicher alles schön geredet wird, als Antwort darauf. Ich wünsche das Keinem. Eine Vorstufe für das KZ. Bei der Einrichtung wo ich in Mariatrost vorher ein MR fürs Knie machte, verlief alles völlig angenehm und mit einer einladenden Betreuung und Empfang!! It was also not recommended how one could lie more tolerably in order to survive it well, that's a fact even if everything is said nicely here in response to it. I don't wish that on anyone. A precursor to the concentration camp. At the facility where I previously had an MRI for my knee in Mariatrost, everything went very smoothly and with a welcoming care and reception!!
N	Nadja Schmied on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medizinisches Personal ist Top. Selbst schlechte Venen waren beim Spritzen des Kontrastmittels kein Problem. Ich kam pünktlich und hatte keine Wartezeit. Telefonisch schwer erreichbar. Termin vereinbarungen gestaltete sich schwierig. Rechnung besser selbst einreichen, da die Einrichtung über das Institut keine Vorteile bringt, sondern den Nachteil einer massiven Verlängerung der onehin viel zulange Bearbeitungszeit durch die ÖGK. In meinem Fall kam die Rechnung erst 10 Tage nach der Behandlung in der Krankenkasse an und die Bearbeitungszeit dauert mind. 12 Wochen. Ob ich dann tatsächlich den ganzen Betrag zurückerhalte konnte von der ÖGK vorab nicht bestätigt werden. Auch Rechnungskopie bekam ich keine, nur die Zahlungsbestätigung. Medical staff is top. Even bad veins weren't a problem when the contrast agent was injected. I came on time and didn't have to wait. Difficult to reach by phone. Appointments turned out to be difficult. It is better to submit the invoice yourself, as the establishment through the institute does not bring any advantages, but the disadvantage of a massive extension of the processing time, which is much too long by the ÖGK. In my case, the invoice did not arrive at the health insurance until 10 days after the treatment and the processing time takes at least 12 weeks. The ÖGK could not confirm in advance whether I will actually get the full amount back. I also didn't get a copy of the invoice, only the payment confirmation.
K	Kira Dora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meistens geht's hier recht rasch zur Sache, obwohl ich auch schon (reservierte!) Termine hatte, bei denen ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten musste. Letztes Highlight war allerdings, dass ich (war für ein MRT angemeldet) für meine Frau, die im Auto wartete und in der Folgewoche einen MRT-Termin gehabt hätte, _sofort_ einen Termin bekam. So mussten wir nicht extra 2x nach Graz fahren. Die Befunde waren bereits am Folgetag über ELGA einsehbar. Dass die, von manchen Leuten kritisierten, Mitarbeiterinnen beim Schalter nicht immer überfreundlich sind, kann ich sogar verstehen: Dort geht's zu wie in einem Taubenschlag - hier wäre wohl auch ein bisschen mehr Nachsicht seitens der Kundschaft angebracht. Most of the time things get to the point pretty quickly, although I've had (reserved!) appointments where I had to wait 3/4 of an hour. The final highlight, however, was that I (was scheduled for an MRI) got an appointment _immediately_ for my wife, who was waiting in the car and would have had an MRI appointment the following week. So we didn't have to go to Graz twice. The findings were already visible on ELGA the following day. I can even understand that the employees at the counter, who have been criticized by some people, are not always overly friendly: It's like a dovecote there - a little more leniency on the part of the customers would probably be appropriate here.
P	Patrick G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich (auch am Telefon), jedoch manchmal etwas gestresst. Habe 3 Wochen auf den Termin gewartet, was aber kein Problem war. Wartezeit war ganz in der Früh mit 20 Minuten okay. Negativ ist der Warteraum, wo es lauter zugehen kann und viele Leute sind, auch weil die Anmeldung im selben Raum ist. Das sollte man verbessern - ist für manche Patienten sehr unangenehm. Der kleinere Warteraum ist besser. The staff there are very friendly (even on the phone), but sometimes a bit stressed. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment, but that wasn't a problem. Waiting time was okay in the morning with 20 minutes. The waiting room is negative, where it can be louder and there are a lot of people, also because the registration is in the same room. That should be improved - it is very uncomfortable for some patients. The smaller waiting room is better.
e	elko koer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente Damen bei der Anmeldung. Sie geben höflich und freundlich Auskunft bei allen notwendigen Fragen zum Ablauf der Untersuchungen. Zur jeweiligen Untersuchung wird man per Namen gerufen und wieder sehr höfliche Aufklärung was zu tun ist und was auf einen zukommt. Alles in allem sehr gutes Personal in diesem Diagnostikzentrum. Very competent ladies at the registration. They provide information in a polite and friendly manner for all necessary questions on the course of the investigations. For the respective examination you are called by name and again very polite explanation of what to do and what to expect. All in all very good staff in this diagnostic center.
