Aber wenn man alleine einen Hängesessel abholt, und auf die Frage nach Hilfe beim Probieren ob er ins Auto passt, eher ablehnend reagiert wird lässt der Kundenservice zu wünschen übrig. Man lässt den Kunden alleine mit den Sackkarre zum Auto fahren, obwohl alle drei Mitarbeiterinnen ohne Kunden waren.
 Reservation worked perfectly. But if you pick up a hanging chair on your own, and when asked for help trying it out whether it fits in the car, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You let the customer drive to the car alone with the hand truck, even though all three employees were without customers.

Very friendly employee, took care of our request immediately. Large selection of furniture also made of real wood, enough parking space.

Schade,so kann man Kunden nicht für einen weiteren Kauf animieren!
