P	Pamela Ricks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old world ambience. Exquisitely painted furniture, both antique and replica. Not the sterile, harsh modern places that are all over Europe. The grounds are beautiful with flowers everywhere. Lovely staff.
V	Visioner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location! This hotel has an amazing view over Kitzbuhel. The rooms are very luxurious and each is not like the other. Every single one is unique. The food is extremely tasty, gourmet-level. The personal go above amd beyond for one's wishes.
D	D B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the most horrible restaurant experience ever. I made a reservation to celebrate my mom's birthday for 6 people. A few days before the event, I was told that I would need to choose a uniform menu for my guests. The main was either lobster or US beef, and I explained them over and over again that some members of my party are allergic to shellfish, while others simply don't eat beef (neither a very healthy or environmentally friendly menu choice anyway). However, the restaurant was insistent on a "einheithliche Menueauswahl" - a uniform menu. We had like for or five back-and forward emails about this, but they kept insisting on their einheithliche Menueauswahl… Austrian’s don’t necessarily have a reputation for being friendly, but the restaurant was beyond rude. Horrible place! Obviously, we ended up going to a different place (with friendly service, and excellent food)… And no “einheithliche Menueauswahl”

Each of your staff has a special character (like in a good movie), and each of them separately and all together as a team make clients feel pampered all the time. 10 star service in a 5 star hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the terrace for dining, Spa area and bar were of the highest order The views were incredible overlooking the hahenkann and other Alps. A short downhill walk which was totally refreshing to the ski hut or the town. Food was incredible from the amazing breakfasts as healthy as, to the 5 course dinner which was authentic Austrian food and gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel at any time of the year, idyllic

N	Nejc Ravnjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to stay yet. The staff was super nice and helpful. You can leave car infront of the entrance and they handle the baggage and park your car. It was not so expensive and the room was super beautiful. Also the view was just perfect. The breakfast was the best (all regards to the cook). The pool is a bit cold but for the warmer days just perfect. There is free water and fruit at the pool. They also bring free sendwiches around now and then. Would prefer a snack menu for a pool (coffe, applestrudl and such are ordable to pool) and an classic menu option for dinner. I also got a cake for my birthday and they just made my day even more perfect. Thank you for a great stay.
P	Par Ostberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice hotel. The views are spectacular and the accommodations are top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and full of character. The food and service is great and you have everything available on premise. We rented electric bikes, something I highly recommend. You have access to amazing roads in the area but I suggest you use the electric bikes as roads are steep. If you want to climb high to get the best views, make sure you charge the batteries over night. We could ride all day on a single charge.
