Included breakfast had a wide range, and very high quality organic ingredients. The room size was ample, heating fantastic and the service was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

S	Sean Hillier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our 5 days here. The staff are too notch. The room and views we're fantastic! The spa is so great to have downstairs. The major issue was a lack of amenities in the room (there was no iron, fridge, wifi, in the room). I would also note the bedding was lackluster and we only had one small pillow each. The soaps in the washroom we're never replaced, nor we're our robes which we we're actively using. The communication about the spa and it's free services was none existant and we didn't use it until our third day as a result. HOWEVER, we had great food and the breakfast was fantastic! I would note that virtually nothing at the resort is in English and if you can't get by in German than this may be a problem.

T	Theresa Hutchings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were taken through to the lounge area and offered a drink whilst we checked in which we found very welcoming. On my birthday, even though we didn't tell anyone, I was presented with a cake, card and champagne at breakfast which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is a 15 minute, pleasant, partly canalside walk from the town centre. There is parking for around 15 cars.

R	Ryan Otero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place to be relaxing and quite accommodating. The dinner and breakfast are both some of the nicest I have had across Europe. The breakfast has tons of options, you can make your own juice even. The dinner has a meat, fish, and vegan and vegetarian options. Its a lot of food... There is a free shuttle that drops you off at both slopes as well.
