★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel in the heart of Kitzbuhl, great facilities and welcoming staff. Only the menu is a little limited with a family, but that doesn't matter there are restaurants all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult staff and overly strict dress code (wouldn’t allow us to wear ski gear in the bar even though it’s a ski resort. Accommodation is fine but found the hotel to very much “style over substance” in general
