Selbst dann betrug die Wartezeit 10 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Letztens hatte ich Probleme mit meiner Karte und konnte den Zoll nicht sofort bezahlen. Das Personal war so nett und legte das Paket auf die Seite, bis ich mit Bargeld zurückkam. Dass das Personal Kunden für die Telekommunikation vorlässt, ist absolut verständlich. Es ist keine Postfiliale, sondern immer noch primär ein Telekommunikations-Geschäft! Wenn man die Stoßzeiten vermeidet, muss man auch nicht länger warten. The staff is very friendly. I recently had problems with my card and couldn't pay customs immediately. The staff was so nice and put the package aside until I came back with cash. If you avoid the peak times, you don't have to wait any longer.
R	Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Ahnung was der Laden sonst taugt, aber um ein Paket abzuholen gelinde gesagt eine Katastrophe. Eine Stunde aufwärts wartet man locker (und nicht erst seit Corona). Am Samstag Nachmittag genau ein Mitarbeiter anwesend. Einfach nur anstrengend. I don't know what else the store is good for, but to pick up a package, to say the least, a disaster. You can easily wait an hour upwards (and not just since Corona). Exactly one employee was present on Saturday afternoon. Just exhausting.

Die Aushilfkräfte sind absolut überfordert und es gibt viel zu wenig Personal für den Ansturm. Und das ständig angestellte Personal macht lieber Handyberatungen, anstatt dass Sie helfen würden. Wenn man dann schließlich selbst an der Reihe ist, bekommt man den Poststempel in die Hand gedrückt und muss seine Briefe noch selbst abstempeln! Meanwhile, this business is unreasonable! Wurde immer Top beraten und es hat immer alles gepasst, jetzt habe ich endlich es auch geschafft mir ein neues Handy zu holen. Auch der angebotene Reparaturservice für mein aktuelles altes Gerät ist mir des Öfteren angeboten worden. Habe mich als Kunde sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Im Prinzip ein neues Handy, top beraten und glücklich! Was will man als Kunde mehr Have been to this specialty store for the past few weeks during the lockdown. Always received top advice and everything was always perfect, now I've finally managed to get myself a new cell phone. The repair service offered for my current old device has also been offered to me several times. I felt very well received as a customer. Basically a new cell phone, excellent advice and happy!
