★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne keinen anderen stationären Handel, wo man so schnell und freundlich empfangen und bedient wird. Mein ? will zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ins West (wenn wir dran vorbei gehen), um ihren Freunden (Mitarbeitenden) beim Perro hallo zu sagen ?
 I don't know of any other brick-and-mortar retail outlet where you are received and served so quickly and in a friendly manner. My ? wants to go west at any time of the day or night (if we pass it) to say hello to her friends (employees) at the Perro ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde leider bei den Mänteln falsch Beraten (Mantel wurde viel zu klein empfohlen).
-Super Qualitätsmarken wie unter anderem Hurtta und Ruffwear.
-Nur leider wenig Ware im Geschäft.
-Leider ein sehr aufdringlicher Verkäufer, der in der momentanen Corona Zeit viel zu lange an der Kassa herum redet (obwohl nicht nur ein Kunde wartet). Auf mich wirkt er wie ein Vertreter und nicht wie ein normaler freundlicher Verkäufer.
Unfortunately, the advice was wrong with the coats (coat was recommended much too small).

-Unfortunately, a very pushy salesman who is talking too long at the cash desk in the current Corona period (although not only one customer is waiting). He seems like a sales representative to me and not a normal, friendly salesman.

Super nice, competent and hard-working advice. Very attentive staff and a nice selection of goods, there is really something of everything. Got everything I was looking for for our cat :)

Jedoch war die Auswahl relativ gering und es wirkte recht eng auf mich.
Preise waren bei manchen Artikel auch teilweise teurer als bei dem Müller im Erdgeschoss.
Katzenspielzeug war auch nicht gerade viel vorhanden.
Fand nicht das passende und verlies das Geschäft ohne etwas zu Kaufen.
Ging anschließend zu dem Müller im Erdgeschoss und kaufte dort diverse Artikel für meine Katzen.
Fuhr anschließend noch zu anderen Zoofachgeschäften.
Since I was passing through I wanted to buy something for my cats in this shop for Christmas
However, the selection was relatively small and it seemed pretty tight to me.
Prices for some items were sometimes more expensive than for the miller on the ground floor.
There wasn't a lot of cat toys either.
Didn't find the right one and left without buying anything.
Then went to the miller on the ground floor and bought various items for my cats.
Then drove to other pet shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Auswahl an Trocken- und Nassfutter, Katzenstreu und Spielzeug. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kompetente Beratung und Hilfe ohne etwas aufzudrängen.
Ich mag die nachhaltigen Produkte von Beco wie zb die Futtergabel und die wiederverwendbaren Deckel für Dosenfutter
Good selection of dry and wet food, cat litter and toys. Very friendly staff, competent advice and help without imposing anything.
I like Beco's sustainable products such as the food fork and the reusable lids for canned food
