Noch nie so eine unprofessionelle Arbeitsweise erlebt. Wollte mein iPhone reparieren bzw. meine Daten auf dem Gerät retten lassen. Der Mitarbeiter versprach mir mit „seiner Variante“ eine 90 %-ige Erfolgschance. Als ich 150,- € im Voraus bezahlen sollte und diesen Betrag mit Karte begleichen wollte, wurde mir entgegnet, dass dies nur in bar gehen würde. Das wurde mir dann zu suspekt und ich fragte, ob ich dann auch wohl eine Rechnung bekommen würde. Daraufhin wurde der Mitarbeiter und der hinzugekommene „Vorgesetzte“ recht aggressiv und laut und verscheuchten mich folglich prompt. Der Verdacht liegt sehr nahe, dass sie versuchten mich abzuzocken und das Geld ohne Rechnung in die eigene Tasche zu stecken. Einen Apple Premium Reseller eindeutig nicht würdig. Habe eine Beschwerde direkt an Apple und auch an mcshark gesendet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Übelster Service Ever! Drehen einem eine zusätzliche Versicherung zum Produkt an (in meinem Fall eine Apple Watch 6). Der Verkäufer hatte diese Versicherung als besseren Schutz als Apple Care angepriesen. Ende des Jahres 2021 hatte ich mir das Display bei einem Fahrradsturz beschädigt. Das Display wies tiefe Kratzspuren auf, aber was viel schlimmer war, ist dass die Funktion beeinträchtigt ist. Ständig geht die Watch auf Standby und man muss ständig den PIN neu eingeben (alle 10 Sekunden). Als ich bei McSHARK vorstellig wurde, erklärte man mir, dass man nicht sicher sei, dass meine Versicherung das nicht sicher decken würde. Man müsse die Uhr einschicken und eine Servicepauschale von € 40,00 kann fällig sein. Genau so kam es dann...ich musste € 40 zahlen und bekam die kaputte Apple Watch zurück.
 Worst service ever! They sell you additional insurance with the product (in my case an Apple Watch 6). The seller had touted this insurance as better protection than Apple Care. At the end of 2021, I damaged the display in a bicycle fall. The display had deep scratch marks, but what was far worse was that the function was affected. The watch is constantly on standby and you have to constantly re-enter the PIN (every 10 seconds). When I went to McSHARK I was told that they were not sure that my insurance would not definitely cover it. You have to send the watch in and a service fee of €40.00 may be due. That's exactly what happened...I had to pay €40 and got the broken Apple Watch back.

super vibes in there... staff is more than friendly and helpful. Super professional and young employees who know what they talking about. If you need apple gear around Innsbruck, go to McShark Maria-Theresien-Straße

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible customer service interaction I have had in 6 years in Austria. A condescending and misogynistic store manager, and incompetent staff. I would stay away for sure! 2700 euro laptop which breaks 12 months and 25 days after purchase. And the repair is 1000 euro. When I did NOTHING to the device at all.
