B	Boko P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unhöflich die Dame vom Passamt. Wollte um 13:50 Uhr einen Reisepass machen wobei ich schon das Formular ausgefüllt hatte und nur mehr abgeben wollte. Die Dame war unhöflich und sagt sofort sie habe bis 15 Uhr einen Termin und danach hätte sie auch keine Zeit. Auf Nachfrage der Öffnungszeiten verwies sie mich ins Magistrat Villach. Also habe ich 2 x früher aufgehört und kam kein einziges Mal dran. Bei der Info wurde der Herr auch sehr ungemütlich als ich nach den Öffnungszeiten fragte und sagte es stehen andere Zeiten im Internet. Ich machte mich dann auf den Weg zum Magistrat. Man hat ja sonst nichts zu tun. Beim Magistrat Villach war das alles kein Problem. 7 Minuten Arbeit (ohne Formular ausfüllen) und fertig war der Zauber. Eine nette Dame die alles sehr genau und freundlich erklärte. Absolutely rude the lady from the passport office. Wanted to make a passport at 13:50 clock where I had already filled in the form and only wanted to give more. The lady was rude and immediately says she has an appointment until 3pm and then she has no time. On demand of the opening hours, she referred me to the Municipality of Villach. So I quit 2 x earlier and did not even turn it on. When the info, the Lord was also very uncomfortable when I asked for the opening times and said there are other times on the Internet. I then made my way to the magistrate. You have nothing else to do. It was not a problem for the Municipality of Villach. 7 minutes of work (fill in without form) and the magic was done. A nice lady who explained everything very exactly and friendly.

M	Markus P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen neuen Reisepass beantragen.Wartezeit laut Mitarbeiterin drei Monate für einen Antrag aber Termin wollte sie trotzdem keinen geben.Bekam die Info dass man ja in ganz Österreich einen Reisepass beantragen kann wenn jemanden die Wartezeit zu lange erscheint.Ich frage mich ob jeder so behandelt wird oder die Mitarbeiterin nur einen schlechten Tag gehabt hat.In Klagenfurt dann ohne Termin in fünf Minuten erledigt.Kein guter Service! I wanted to apply for a new passport. Waiting time according to the employee three months for an application but she still didn't want to give an appointment. Got the information that you can apply for a passport throughout Austria if the waiting time seems too long for someone. I wonder if everyone is treating that way or the employee just had a bad day in Klagenfurt then done without an appointment in five minutes. No good service!

Das Personal ist nun extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, vorallem in der Pass- und Führerscheinstelle!! ☺️??? meanwhile I can only say: friendly, competent and fast! Two years ago it was 1 , today 5 *****. The staff is now extremely helpful and friendly, especially in the passport and driver's license department! ☺️???

Nach meiner Aussage das ich mir nur mal schnell einen Zettel und Stift hole (keine 5sec.) ins Telefon "Oh mein Gott" zu sprechen fand ich sehr unprofessionell. Very, very unfriendly and annoyed lady on the phone! According to my statement that I just quickly get a piece of paper and pen (not 5 seconds) into the phone to speak "Oh my God" I found very unprofessional.
t	thomas scheife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche und inkompetente Dame am Telefon, sie kann nicht mal Fragen beantworten, sondern wimmelt das Gespräch gleich ab. Super dass sie dann einen Job hat, bei denen man oft mit Menschen reden muss und Fragen eigentlich beantworten sollte. Very rude and incompetent lady on the phone, she can't even answer questions but brushes off the conversation right away. It's great that she then has a job where you often have to talk to people and should actually answer questions.
s	silvia ladinigg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten jetzt 3 mal einen Anruf bekommen da wir Coronafälle haben. 3 mal war jemand anderer am Telefon und alle 3 waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Haben einen sehr gut zugesprochen und war trotz den Umständen ein sehr nettes Gespräche. Schade das ich die Namen nicht mehr weiß, sollten auch mal genannt werden. Alles gute Had gotten a call 3 times now because we have corona cases. 3 times someone else was on the phone and all 3 were very friendly and competent. Have a very good award and was a very nice conversation despite the circumstances. Too bad I can't remember the names, they should be mentioned. All the best
