M	Michaela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde 2 x aus der Leitung geschmissen. Beim dritten Anruf bekam ich dann von der Dame eine schnippische Antwort , und wurde wieder aus der Leitung geschmissen ! Kann man keine Antwort auf eine normale Frage bekommen? Und die wird mit unseren Steuergeldern bezahlt! Was thrown twice out of the pipe. On the third call, I got then from the lady a snide response, and was thrown back from the line! Can not get an answer to a normal question? And that is paid for with our taxpayers' money!
S	Simon G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann es nur mit einem Wort beschreiben „Frechheit“ in diesem Finanzamt hat man das arbeiten nicht erfunden....der Empfangsraum ein Schalter besetzt,an einem anderen wurde gearbeitet aber als die Dame die vielen Menschen gesehen hat,hat sie zusammen gepackt und Ihre Kollegin einfach stehen lassen die sich dann alleine durch die Massen gekämpft hat.....unkollegial einfach nur fehl am Platz! Jetzt kann man sich auch die Laune der Dame die noch am Schalter gearbeitet hat vorstellen... 4 Schalter davon 1 ner besetzt bei einem vollen Raum Glanzleistung ..... You can only describe it in one word "Impudence" in this tax office has not invented the work .... the reception room occupied a counter, was worked on another but when the lady has seen the many people, she has packed together and let her colleague just stand up then fought alone by the masses ..... unquestionably just out of place! Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, hat mir alles in Ruhe erklärt! Toller Service, DANKE an die nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin! Schreiben sie doch einfach, sie brauchen keinen Termin.. Habe erklärt, dass ich geschrieben habe und dann doch einen Termin gebraucht habe und deshalb diesesmal gleich einen Termin möchte... Habe keinen bekommen was ist da unten los? Unfreundlich, frech und inkompetent. Na ja Beamte sind eben unkündbar. 0 STERNE gibt es leider nicht. Incredibly so unfriendly ... Wanted to have a personal appointment at Fa Kufstein ... No chance, you will simply be dismissed ... Just write, you don't need an appointment .. Termin einen Mundschutz. Mehr ist dazu nicht anzumerken. Once with registration then again without ... Da nimmt man sich 2 stunden von der Firma frei und kommt her und die nehmen einen nicht dran weil kein Termin vereinbart wurde. Von Terminvereinbarung steht aber nichts. Biggest do-nothing ever funny clown club, want an appointment for a confirmation only. You take 2 hours off from the company and come here and they don't take you because no appointment was made. But there is nothing about making an appointment.
S	Sascha Thaler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Montag versuche ich einen Sachbearbeiter beim Fa Kufstein telefonisch zu erreichen. 30 Minuten am Montag, 22 Minuten am Dienstag und 17 Minuten heute in der Warteschleife haben mir gezeigt, dass das schier unmöglich ist! Ich habe immer sofort zu den Öffnungszeiten angerufen. Das muss doch System haben, dass da niemand rangeht. Corona hin oder her, aber das geht einfach nicht. Since Monday I've been trying to reach a clerk at Kufstein by phone. 30 minutes on Monday, 22 minutes on Tuesday and 17 minutes on hold today showed me that this is almost impossible!
