Es geht darum Steuerzahlern Auskünfte zu geben und dann wird einem aufgelegt. Die Dame an der Hotline hat wohl vergessen, wer unteranderem ihre Stelle finanziert. I'm really shocked that people show such unfriendly behavior in such a job. It's about giving information to taxpayers and then they put on you. The lady on the hotline probably forgot who finances her position, among other things.

Kein Zugang ohne Passierschein A38 (persönlichen Termin). 3x an 3 Tagen angerufen, nach 60min Warteschleife aufgelegt. „Telefon Bot“ der einem nur Wahlmöglichkeiten anbietet die man nicht braucht. Top Leistung - Ich würde mich schämen dort arbeiten zu müssen. Asterix & Obelix - The house that goes crazy Have absolutely no idea about your own achievements - colleagues in Kitzbühel completed the task with 1 visit in 15 minutes. No access without a pass A38 (personal appointment). Called 3 times in 3 days, hung up after 60 minutes on hold. "Telephone Bot" that only offers options that you don't need. Top performance - I would be ashamed to have to work there.
