Telefonisch NIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE erreichbar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A	Anna-Lena E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 vor 12 und es geht generell keiner mehr ans Telefon. Bei Arbeitszeiten von 07:30 - 12:00 finde ich das schon sehr frech. Und wenn man doch jemanden erreicht, wird man nur unfreundlich abgewiesen. 10 to 12 and generally nobody answers the phone anymore. With working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I find that very cheeky. And if you do reach someone, you will only be turned away unkindly.
M	Micky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Älterer Mitarbeiter ist extrem unhöflich von Hilfeleistung keine Spur. Fragen darf man nichts. Man wird nur angeschrien. Für seine Launen kann keiner was. Man geht ja nur hin weil man fragen hat. Wenn man hingeht sollte man sich darauf gefasst machen das man angeschrien wird. Für mich ein absolutes NO GO so mit Kunden umzugehen. Typisch Beamte da sieht man das die Vorurteile stimmen. An older employee is extremely rude of no help. You are not allowed to ask anything. You just get yelled at. Nobody can do anything for his mood. You only go there because you have questions. If you go there you should be prepared to be yelled at. For me, an absolute NO GO to deal with customers in this way. Typical officials there you can see that the prejudices are correct.
C	Christina Sojer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seid beginn März 2022 sind viele COVID Maßnahmen weitgehend gelockert worden. Beim Finanzamt nicht. Warum? Wisst ihr davon noch nichts oder woran liegt das? Wie soll man denn bitte einen sogenannten Termin ausmachen, wenn sich keiner meldet? Oder wenn man unhöflich abgewiesen wird bzw. angeschrien? Vor ein paar Tagen war ich beim Finanzamt - natürlich nur im Vorraum, da der "Covid" da drinnen sein Unwesen treibt, ansonsten könnte man ja auch bei Fragen jemanden vor Ort fragen. Jedenfalls waren die Formulare leer - erstes Telefonat ging an eine ganz andere Stelle und man wurde da angeschrien so quasi, dass seid beginn 2020 kein Kundenverkehr sei und alle Formulare da seien - Gespräch beendet ohne noch ein Wort sagen zu können. Versuch Nr. 2 hat man wieder mit einer ganz anderen Person gesprochen und diese hat es dann geschafft, einen Mitarbeiter vom Finanzamt Kitzbühel zu erreichen, sodass wieder Formulare nachgebracht werden. Antworten zu meinen weiteren Fragen habe ich aber dann auch nicht bekommen. Fazit: Nur für solche Kunden gemacht die das mögen, wenn man angeschrien oder abgewiesen wird!!!!!!!!! Attempt no. 2 you spoke to a completely different person and they then managed to reach an employee from the Kitzbühel tax office, so that forms were brought in later. I didn't get any answers to my other questions either. Conclusion: Only made for those customers who like it when you are shouted at or rejected!!!!!!!!! Not recommended!
