Und wenn man hier Fehler aufdeckt wird man nicht gerade freundlich behandelt! Die Damen und Herren vom Infoschalter kennen sich leider auch zu wenig aus! Attention! F	Fux Canto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man ruft an um eine Information zu bekommen und wird nach 10 Minuten Warteschleife und einer sehr unfreundlichen und genervten Begrüßung einfach ohne weitere Informationen aus der Leitung geworfen. Dieses Spiel ging 3 mal so hin und her. You call to get information and after 10 minutes of waiting and a very unfriendly and annoyed greeting you are simply thrown out of the line without any further information. This game went back and forth 3 times.

Keinerlei Hinweise, ausser einer Telefonnummer auf der nach dreimaligem Anruf und 10min warten niemand abhebt. Unfassbar! ... Monday, normal working day, 10 a.m. ... closed during opening hours. No hints at all, except for a phone number that nobody picks up after three calls and a 10 minute wait. Incomprehensible!

A	Anca - Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Mann am Schalter wollte nicht innerhalb der Gebäude in einem Büro anrufen, so dass ich einen Termin bekomme, wie unglablich kann das bitte sein?!?! Ich musste selbst mit meinem Handy im 3. Stock anrufen um mit seiner Kollegin zu sprechen!!! Er gab mir dann eine falsche Telefonnummer. Also echt, ich denke, ich trage fleißig bei, dass diese Beamten ihr Lohn bekommen und ich bin als ein Stück Dreck behandelt, weil ich einfach vor dem Schalter komme und Informationen haben möchte?!?! The man at the counter did not want to call inside the building in an office, so I get an appointment, how unfortunate can that be?!?! I had to call my third mobile phone myself to talk to his colleague !!! He then gave me a wrong phone number. Really, I think, I contribute diligently, that these officials get their pay and I'm treated as a piece of dirt because I just come in front of the counter and would like to have information?!?!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich gar keinen Stern geben!!! 1h on hold and it doesn't happen, bottomless cheek, but when you have to make payments to the tax office, they are always quick. If I could I wouldn't give a star at all!

Wie in einem Drittweltland?schrecklich When I asked about family allowances, I was asked three times. Very unfriendly staff. You don't get any information. Like being in a third world country terrible
